Great place - Communication was difficult

I can’t say enough about this place. Has everything you need and plenty of space. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores near. Very lively safe neighborhood. The only thing that was a drawback was trying to get management to answer their phones and to get back to us in a timely manner or else I would have given them 5 stars on everything. Saying that I still would have made this reservation and am willing to use them again because of how great the place is.

Great location and property but serious plumbing issues.

Was a great location and the suite had everything we needed but there is a serious plumbing issue which has caused the suite to be very musty. Once in the suite and the front window opened it was fine but the smell was very strong.

Smells horrible, of mildew

The unit smelled horrible, I found dead insects in the bathroom and a dead roach when I pulled out an extra blanket. BUT the smell!! Check-in is painful. You have to go to another location, that is not luggage friendly, to get keys and instructions and then find your way to the apartment, which by the way is on a path cars cannot travel on, so you have to pull your luggage a steep uphill to get to to, and still have stairs to get to your "ground" floor unit.

Nice location ,poor property

We had to collect keys from a sixth floor office , so after taking cases in a small elevator to office , we thought ok they will take us to property - oh ,no we had to take another taxi paid by us .No accompaniment to apartment and now I know why . We arrived at property to a damp smell and thought maybe it has not been used .it continued for our stay . We did not report as I did not want our stay interrupted and we were only a few days .we found a dehumidifier, so obviously there is an issue and it has not been emptied previously!! We emptied several times during our stay .the bathroom light switch was broken and could not switch light off . Toilet bowl also leaked onto floor ,There was an obvious smell in apartment that was nothing new .These are problems , not new so owner should have been aware and advised . Good points were - it had a modern look and was as specified .location is close to good eating area and not too far from things .

La ubicación es interesante. La recepción fue amable, aunque hay métodos más modernos de acceso que no exigen tener que ir a la agencia, retrasando en incomodando el acceso. Apartamento que originariamente debió de estar muy bien pero ha sido descuidado y poco mantenido. Las ventanas del baño llenas de suciedad y de moho. El WC pierde agua y en consecuencia el olor a orines es importante. Las ventanas dejan pasar mucha luz por el día y algunas puertas no cierran. Las puertas de los muebles también desencajadas. En general necesita una reforma

Insalubre, Honteux de louer ça …!!!

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet appartement. Sur les photos, il correspondait à l’annonce. Une fois sur place, dès qu’on ouvre la porte, l’odeur d’humidité est immédiatement insupportable. Les murs sont gorgés d’eau et même fissurés, il y a des champignons sur les murs. Les toilettes fuient et inondent le sol, l’interrupteur de la salle de bain est cassé on ne peut pas éteindre la lumière. Les meubles sont jolis mais doivent être réglés car les portes ne tiennent plus. C’est tellement humide que même les cadres aux murs sont gonflés. Heureusement, nous avons pris tous nos repas dehors et nous n’étions là que pour se doucher et dormir. C’est une honte d’oser louer un logement dans cet état sans tout refaire. Nous reviendrons à Lisbonne mais dans un appartement ou un hôtel d’un tout autre standing !!!

Boa localização

Tinha uma obra em frente, então o barulho de máquinas cortando ferro começava às 8 da manhã. Uma barata na cozinha. Cheiro muito ruim vindo do banheiro. Não tem vista, vaso sanitário vazando água no chão. Ventilador muito fraco, Sofá cama com cheiro ruim não foi utilizado. Tomada do banheiro não funcionava e o box não dava vazão de água, enchia e transbordava, então tinha que tomar cuidado.

Schönes Appartement mit erheblichen Mängeln

1. Anderungswunsch Mietdaten wurde online nicht beantwortet, erst auf Telefonat und e-Mail-Anfrage bestätigt. Auf der Plattform wurde die Änderung erst Wochen später (zwei Tage vor Anreise geändert). 2. Erheblicher Mangel: Feuchte Wände im Schlafzimmer mit abblätterndem Putz und üblem Geruch. 3. Erheblicher Mangel: Nicht funktionierende Fenster im Schlafzinner. Nicht sicher verschließbar. 4. Mangel: Steckdosen im Bad funktionslos (Handzuchhalter erwärmt nicht Fön im Bad nicht benutzbar). 5. Mangel: Küche nicht für 4 Personen ausgestattet (z.B. nur ein Weinglas, kein Korkenzieher, keine Teekanne, Topf (alternativ zur Kanne) mit fast abgebrochenem Griff, geringe Messerauswahl). 6. Waschmaschine vorhanden aber funktionslos (wenngleich nicht gelistet)
