Located in Lisbon, right in the center of the famous square Praça da Figueira, a few steps from the Santa Justa Elevator, within 300m of Dona Maria II Theatre, and 200m of Rossio, this cozy and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment is well-appointed and equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.
Close to the train and metro stations of Rossio, a gorgeous neighborhood filled with restaurants, cafés, and many of Lisbon's top attractions, we are sure your stay will be both comfortable and memorable!

This lovely apartment is cozy, well-decorated, and located in one of Lisbon's best-known neighborhoods, ideal for those who prefer to explore downtown Lisbon on foot. On the 5th floor with no elevator, the property is equipped with all essential amenities, including Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning.
The entire space is decorated in detail and functionally with a cozy style, to make you feel at home!

The apartment consists of:
- A queen-sized bed, one sofa-bed for 2 people, and very comfortable bedding sets. Cable TV and air-conditioning are available.
- A bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience!
- A fully equipped kitchenette with all the key appliances you may need during your stay.
- A beautiful balcony overlooking the wonderful Figueira Square.

Great location

A cute little apartment in a great location, just steps from Rossio Metro. It was small but perfect for our family of four. We were on the 5th floor with the best views of Placa da Figueroa, this also meant 5 flight of stairs!

Location and Charm!

Unbeatable location--just steps from the Metro Green line and mere minutes from many downtown attractions. Opening the large wndows brought the vibe of Praça da Figueira into the apartment.Be prepared to hike up five floors, but enjoy the view and vibe!

Great location and very responsive concierge—especially when we had a water leak, they fixed it quickly. However, there was a constant sewage-like smell in the apartment, which made it uncomfortable even with the window open day and night. It’s a shame the plumbing issue isn’t fully resolved, as the apartment has great potential.

My apartment balcony looked over the Praça da Figueira. The metra, the buses and the train station were all within a few blocks. I could easily walk all the touristy areas. As a solo traveler this apartment felt safe, it was quiet at night and the management was very responsive to any questions. I loved my stay here!

Amazing view

This is the perfect spot for a couple or a little family to take in the amazing city of Lisboa. Everything was nearby. There is a gross smell in the bathroom that needs to be looked into, otherwise everything else was wonderful. Loved the coffee capsule touch so I could enjoy my coffee in the comfort of the space!

the kitchen had a lot of essentials, but the floor was really dirty everywhere. They did not put a bedsheet on the couch so it was just the cover over the actual sponge bed. I can’t get over how dirty the floor was though. The area and location is really nice, and the view from the balcony was spectacular, however, it just was not clean and there is no elevator. and it’s ok the 5th floor but it feels you keep going up forever. There also seemed to be plumbing issues with the bathroom, so it always smelled musty no matter if you spray it with perfume or detergent.

Great location/view, a bit tight quarters

Amazing view on Praça da Figueira, Chiado and Bairro Alto! Steps to subway and railway station Rossio. No elevator, 6 flights of stairs up, very dark and crammed bedroom, poor sound insulation, could hear neighbors coughing.

Depending on the time of day when you get there, the entrance looks like it's in the back of a hat shop (if the shop is open) which made it hard to find. If the shop is closed, the first door you go through is the outside of the building. I don't see why the rental company couldn't explain this, even after I asked for clarification once I was sick of wandering around looking for an address that didn't seem to exist. The bed is really hard, but since I was alone I slept on the day bed which was comfier. The washroom and kitchen facilities were great. Love that there's a market right outside, and the place is so convenient for walking around from.

The apartment was ok. We smelled sewer gas coming from the bathroom during most of our stay, strong enough to give us headaches. I contacted the property manager and they never responded. The apartment is on the sixth floor with no elevator (some reviews say five, it is actually on the sixth level). The beds weren't the worst we have had but could have been better, my wife's back was hurting every night. The apartment was surprisingly quiet for being in a busy square.

Do not book this place! Absolutely dirty! I can’t believe there were some good reviews about this place. Our sheets were not changed we had to contact the property management to get new sheets and changed them ourselves. The unit is on the “5th floor” which is actually 9-10 flights of stairs that smell absolutely horrible. There are stains on the walls and molds in some of the corners of the bedroom walls. We sent pictures to the property manager as soon as we checked in because we couldn’t believe the state of the unit. They answered right away but unfortunately did not do anything about it other than saying “we will bring this to the attention of the senior manager”. Worst place I have stayed at.

Amazing location, no elevator, smelly

Incredible location! No elevator - I guess this is normal in Lisbon, but it wasn’t on the listing. Noisy, but also normal in Lisbon and we enjoyed the liveliness. Opening the door we were hit by a musty smell; It was as though the flat hadn’t been opened in a long while and it quickly disappeared after opening windows. BUT there was an unabiding and overwhelming smell of raw sewage from the bathroom. Work was going on in a lower floor, maybe that caused the problem. From outside you could see all the windows open on our floor even in the cold so I’m guessing it was a common issue. Maybe ask owner if the construction is finished. The beds were super comfy so we slept soundly and spent very little time in the apartment because the location was so perfect. Other than the smell, this is an ideal accommodation. I’m very sensitive but we still a terrific time!

Cute lodging in great location in Lisbon

The pictures posted of the property were cute. It however, failed to mention that it was a fifth floor walk up. Not a problem for many folks, but us seniors just about had a heart attack making it up with baggage. Several items need to be mentioned. There are two lights by the day bed. Two bare bulbs ( one of which was burned out). Really, you could spring for a couple of cheap shades? A pair of wine glasses would have been nice to find in the room. The ridiculously small ice cube tray ....please enjoy the normal sized new one I left in the freezer. Paint touch up needed. So the day bed has lovely matchstick wainscoting around it, but the main bed has peel and stick vinyl? You can, and should do better for the price.

La habitación estaba demasiado pequeña, los muebles viejos, pocos cobertores y hacía mucho frío, pero lo peor de todo fue que eran 104 escalones o un quinto piso y la información del lugar no decía ese datos, la escalera muy larga con unos escalones desnivelados y peligrosos nosotros éramos una familia con dos personas mayores y fue muy pesado subirlas, además de subir con maletas.

The apartment view onto the square was lovely. The 5 flights to climb with our luggage was not (though we knew this). It was hard finding the key and wish the hearts on the doors were better marked. The bathroom door should be reversed or changed to a pocket door. It’s crazy to have the bathroom light behind the door (on the opposite side). Otherwise. Nice place.
