Beautiful house in quiet location, yet close to Pollensa.

The house is beautiful, with a lovely pool and table tennis. Situated in very peaceful surroundings, a short 5 mins drive into Pollensa. The house was really clean, however the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable but otherwise fine. I would definitely consider coming back.

Villa Perdiu Vell Petit

The property is beautiful and well looked after. The pool and and outdoor area is where we spent most of our time and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool most of the day and evening. It has a great outdoor BBQ and outdoor fridge which saves running back to the kitchen to get cold drinks with wet feet. The property itself is about 2.5 Km’s from Pollença so a car is a must. Inside the property is well laid out with ac in each of the rooms. There isn’t ac in main area but we did not spend any time there. We arrived at 2am and the google coordinates actually take you to the side of the property and the lane we first went down was small and pitch black. It might be worth having a small sign at the gate to locate the property. We had a fantastic holiday. It was brilliant. Thanks

Es un alojamiento ideal para relajarse en familia. Un lugar cómodo, seguro y muy tranquilo. Supermercado a 5 min en coche y lugares increibles para conocer en sus alrededores. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones inolvidables y sin dudas volveremos.

Die Finca war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Check in und Check out gingen reibungslos und flexibel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Während des Aufenthalts hatten wir ein paar Probleme. Das Wasser ist für mehr als 12 Std ausgefallen. Die Spülmaschine und das wlan funktionierten nicht richtig. Es wurde sich von einem Assistent Service schnell darum gekümmert. Gerne wieder :)

Hatte eine tolle, entspannte Zeit in der Villa. Bei Problemen haben wir schnell Hilfe erhalten. Die Gegend war sehr schön. Der Herd hat leider nur halb funktioniert. Zwei Kochfelder waren defekt. Wir hätten uns eine große Pfanne gewünscht. Dadurch mussten wir mehrere kleine Pfannen für ein Abendessen verwenden. Es kamen morgens immer ein paar Hühner und Katzen zu Besuch. Sie waren friedlich und angeneheme Besucher :D Wir würde definitv wieder kommen und die Villa an Freunde empfehlen. Danke an Sealand Villas!

The villa itself was great

The villa itself was great. Just off the beaten track and secluded enough to feel private, with a few other villas dotted around the area, and only a 5 minute drive from Pollenca. Our group of 4 had more than enough space but this would also comfortably fit 6. There was, however, no amenities such as soapshower gel to wash withsalt, pepper oil etc to cook with despite saying in the listing that there would be. A minor inconvienience but this did mean we had to then go out and buy all of this. Furthermore, all of the cutlery, plates etc were dusty and unclean, so we had to ensure these were all washed before we could use it. The wifi is also very poor unless you're outside as it's situated in the utility outhouse. It rained two of the days so we were indoors, but the wifi didn't stretch here.

Schöne Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage.Herrliche Natur drum herum, nur die Hähne vom Nachbarhof kommen gelegentlich mal vorbei. Alles notwendige vorhanden.Leider kam die zusätzliche Kaution, bei einer Gruppe von reisenden unter 27 Jahren, etwas überraschend und auch der Geschirrspüler erfüllt nicht wirklich seinen Zweck.Ansonsten kann man nichts bemängeln, die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Veranstaltern reibungslos

Schönstes Ferienhaus mit mediterranem Flair

Es war traumhaft! Die Besitzer haben gerade die Hausverwaltung gewechselt. Es war sehr sauber und einfach nur wunderschön. Ruhige Lage, toller Pool und gute Ausstattung. Es sind 5 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Pollença. Dort gibt es Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Restaurants, Eisdielen und vieles mehr. Das WLAN ist etwas schwach. Und eine kleine Anfahrtskizze könnte helfen den Eingang beim ersten Besuch leichter zu finden.

A beautiful Finca in stunning Pollenca

Lovely old world charm, full of character. It’s a good size for up to 6 people. Great outside space with a pool. Some nice artwork and furniture. A few small things, no handwash in bathroomsdishwashing tablets, cleaning spongescondiments of any sort. Just a small amount to get you started would really help. A clear name on the gate outside would also help for getting to the property.

Die Unterkunft und der Garten sind super schön

Die Unterkunft und der Garten sind super schön. Auch die Kommunikation mit Sealand Villas war gut. Da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top! Von anderen Airbnb Unterkünften sind wir es allerdings gewöhnt, dass ausreichend Gewürze, Öl & Toilettenpapier vorhanden ist, damit man das nicht extra kaufen muss. Das war hier leider nicht der Fall. Die Spülmaschine hat eher schlecht als recht funktioniert. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Die Liegen am Pool waren auch sehr dreckig. Abgesehen davon war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Would not book again!!!!

We were very disappointed in the condition of the villa. It was not to a standard that we would have expected given how much we paid. The shower curtains were dirty, the tap in the toilet didn’t work, limited provisions when you arrived like matches to light the hob. We were burgled in the villa on our last night. We had limited support after that horrific experience and have not received anything since we returned home over 5 weeks ago. The customer service I’ve received since leaving after sending an email with our issues has been disgraceful, I’ve either been ignored or when I’ve finally received an answer it was to only offer me 5% off my next booking!!!!!! I would never book this villa again nor would I ever use this company again! AVOID!!!!! I’ve emailed and informed you of what needed to be rectified!

2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder hatten Spaß, Freude und Abwechslung ... die Villa können wir mit all seinen Annehmlichkeiten sehr empfehlen. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen, alles in der Nähe ... ob Strand, Märkte oder kulinarisches ... Danke für die schöne Zeit Fein wäre Strandequipment, wie zB ein einfacher Sonnenschirm. Wir waren froh unsere Tischtennisschläger mitgenommen zu haben, da die dortigen sonnenbedingt schon etwas defekt waren ... inkl. Bälle -)

très agréable séjour en Avril

Villa bien située, à proximité de Pollença et Alcudia, et au calme. Les pièces sont vastes, adaptées à un séjour en famille. Jardin très agréable. Cuisinière un peu ancienne, mais sans problème de fonctionnement. Rapports tout à fait courtois avec l'agence locale. Le ménage en milieu et en fin de séjour est appréciable.
