すべての窓からは、曲がりくねった渓谷の緑に囲まれた手付かずの風景が楽しめます。
7.5 km（0.5マイル）の未舗装の道路に沿って進むと、オリーブ畑に囲まれたこの完全にフェンスで囲まれた施設の入り口に到着します。
ドアを通り抜けると、キッチンを使用したいお客様のために、オリーブと緑の木々、ラベンダー、鉢植えの植物やハーブのある美しい庭園の中に家があります。
キッチンからポーチを超えたところにあるこの家は、渓谷と中世の城の素晴らしい景色を望むインフィニティプールを誇っています。

Supper Unterkunft mit wunderschönen Ausblicke

Der Aufenthalt war genial. Eine wundervolles abgelegenes Haus, dass perfekte für meinen Verein und mich war. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und uns wurde auch erklärt, was man in dieser Region machen bzw. anschauen kann. Jedoch die Zufahrt zu der Villa ist abenteuerlich. Aber dafür können die Besitzer nichts. Ich kann die Villa nur an alle weiterempfehlen.

Great location, poorly equipped

Terrific location, comfortable & relaxing. Unfortunately a number of aspects detracted from the quality of a delightful place. Kitchen was very poorly equipped & many basic items were not provided e.g. simple cleaning materials, rubbish bags, chopping board, serving utensils, wine glasses etc etc. The table was broken & wobbly, kitchen lighting terrible. Poor value for money.

Un endroit magnifique

Super accueil de la part de Marco et Francesca . Nous avons été surpris par la beauté du site ( la vue , le logement , le jardin , la terrasse couverte... ) . a beautyful place

We had a wonderfull time at one af the apartments of Mario and Francesca. There is enough to discover near Gualdo but Villa Mario is above all a place to rest and relax.

Erholsamer Urlaub in malerischem Ambiente

Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Herzlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit der Gastgeber. Francesca und Mario sind uns ans Herz gewachsen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Die Lage der Villa auf einem Hügel inmitten eines Olivenhains, umgeben von sanften Bergrücken ist schon etwas Besonderes. Die Unterkunft war für uns Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Eine Infomappe mit Empfehlungen und Tipps der Gastgeber war hier sehr hilfreich. Die unzähligen Möglichkeiten, die Umbrien bietet, konnten wir gar nicht ausschöpfen. Die Ausstattung der Villa war in Ordnung, alles war gepflegt, einschließlich des schönen Gartens. Kleinere technische Probleme wurden sehr schnell behoben. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Feststellung, dass der schöne Pool mit anderen Urlaubern geteilt werden musste. Die Poolbenutzung hat sich allerdings so gut verteilt, dass dieses Manko nicht so gravierend war. Die Gäste können ein leckeres Bio-Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau von Mario preisgünstig erwerben.

fantastischer Blick über die umbrischen Hügel

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick war atemberaubend, der Pool sehr sauber und erfrischend. Die Wohnung war gemütlich. In der näheren Umgebung gab es viel zu entdecken. Vielen Dank auch für die guten Tipps per WhatsApp.

This lovely countryhouse, divided into 2 apartments, was ideal for us, 2 families. We enjoyed privacy and peace... like in heaven!. The house in fact is perched on a hilltop in the rolling countryside at the very center of Umbria and there is a stunning 360° view of the surrounding land and distant hills. At the front of the house there is the pool and at the back a beautiful olive grove where we had pic-nic. In the large verandah we relaxed and had dinner 'al fresco' while taking the glorious views....the children were playing...just like a dream!

Reaching the villa, you get the impression that you have arrived in a small exclusive paradise. The property stands in the very heart of the region, an enchanting place. Every room has a picturesque view of the green valleys and little village nestled in the hill opposite. The terrace laid out for meals 'al fresco' and for sunbathing. The apartment's interior is elegantly furnished and the bright living areas have ceilings with wooden beams and direct access to the big terrace. The atmosphere is truly magical: only nature and silence.

il posto è eccezionale con una vista da sogno. ci siamo rilassati ma abbiamo anche avuto modo di visitare cittadine vicine molto caratteristiche (infatti il luogo pur essemdo appartato è vicino a tanti borghi meravigliosi) .gli appartamenti sono deliziosi ,pulitissimi e arredati con gusto. il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. superconsigliato , ritorneramo sicuramente.

Traumhafte Lage

Das appartement ist klein, mit 1 tollen Balkon und Blick und einer Veranda. Swimmingpool ist top, der Blick nicht zu überbieten und die Vermieter jederzeit hilfsbereit und nett. Das appartement liegt etwas abseits am Ende einer schotterstraße, dafür super ruhig.

It was the most relaxing and beautiful accommodation I have ever found, the owner was so kind and helpful, the apartment very comfortable, elegant and clean; views are amazing both from the rooms and from the swimming pool side. I recommend it to everybody!.

It is a very comfortable family house perfect for families with children or for friends. We enjoyed absolute privacy and a breathtaking view. The 12 x 4 mts swimming pool is situated about 10 mts from the house up a few steps, which further enhances the dramatic and stunning scenery, and is surrounded by olive groves and trees. The villa is in an excellent position for driving to lots of the most beautiful parts of Umbria: Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Spoleto, Lake Trasimeno are the closest and on the typical tourist route, but the small, delightful villages such as Bevagna, a charming medieval village boasting glimpses of breathtaking views, excellent restaurants and ‘trattorias’, and small shops selling olive oil and truffles. Rome and Florence are just 1 hour 20 minutes drive and to reach Assisi, just 40 minutes drive, one crosses Umbria along a road which runs through the beautiful countryside, passing village after village where it is always a pleasure to stop in one of the many typical ‘trattorias’. Cannot forget it at the sunset...

The holiday here could not have been more perfect. There was an apartment for our family and the another one for friends with plenty of space for people to be with each other and spend time alone as well. The pool - although very cold in early June - was too inviting to ignore and became a space for relaxation. The inside space was as fabulous as the outside which was great! We had our meals under the pergola on the big panoramic terrace! The house felt very nice and cosy as well as beautifully open to the landscape which we could not drag our eyes from. Mario were great giving me lots of advice to help with sightseeing, he also did some shopping for us before we arrived which made it much easier after a long journey. Then he also booked us on a wine tasting trip to a enoteca in Montefalco which was amazing!. We felt looked after throughout. We can't wait to come back!
