Good location on bus line to city center.

Great property. Apartment had everything a person would need for cooking and relaxing. Stefan was kind enough to meet us at the airport and drive us to the property. Apartment was very clean and tidy.

3 bed apartment in Sofia

Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities in the really good and all worked well.

appartment was not available

We arrived in the night and we called the owner. Some woman told us that the appartment is not available. There are other people. (booking date was ok from our side) 2 hours before we send also a message to the owner and he responded. Everything looked ok. Finally we end up on the streets of Sofia with our kids and need to find a Hotel 3 a.m. in the night. Next day we got access and the ower payed us the hotel stay. Finally we canceled it, the place is in first floor, terrace was dirty and unusable, lamp was broken, couch in really used condition. Facing to the main street. Like most of the time when booking online.... picutres are good, reality is different. Another part is the agency. If you want to cancel in case of what happened its not possible. You have to deal with the owner.
