Coll Lodge

The lodge was cozy and clean. The owners were friendly and helpful and the views onto Ben Nevis and the surrounding hills were glorious.

Perfect Highland Stay

We had an amazing time at Lochaber Lodges. Everything was perfect, the location of the lodge and the views were amazing. The lodge was immaculate and very well equipt.

Very nice stay!

We had a very nice stay for a week at the lodges! In the house is all that you need for a pleasant stay. We loved the view on the Ben Nevis. In the neighborhood are a lot of activities to do. We certainly recommend the place!

A beautiful rural lodge near Fort William

The Lochaber Lodges are well equipped and are located in an idyllic rural setting overlooking the Caledonian Canal. The lodges are carefully set in the landscape with ample parking. Fort William, provides visitors with an excellent base from which to explore the Western Highlands and is just 15 minutes drive away. Fort William has essential shops and a good variety of restaurants too. A break at Lochaber Lodges will deliver peace and tranquillity for any stay.

If youre wanting to get away from it all this is a beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful, easy to get to other places from here. Owners very helpful. Would highly recommend.

A great base to explore the Highlands

The lodge was in a lovely park with views of Ben Nevis. It was very clean and was actually bigger than I expected. Would 100% recommend for groups looking to explore the Scottish Highlands.

Very quiet property, beautiful scenery just outside the deck view. Very clean property, beds very comfortable, & it has 2 bathrooms, kitchen complete, toaster, microwave, stove, & oven. TV also includes Netflix, but scenery & things to do in area keeps you busy.

Hiking, climbing and sightseeing in Scotland

I had a beautiful holiday at Lochaber Lodges. The place is ideal for hiking or climbing tours in the surrounding highlands, you can bag several munros, at least Ben Nevis. You can also make forages to Malaig, Inverness or the impressive Isle of Skye. The lodges provide everything you need, are tidy, bright and arranged tastefully. stidyacoius and aspacoispspacious

Very Comfortable and Spacious Accommodation with Great View of Ben Nevis

Quiet beautiful location (we were in cabin “Cull”). Clean, functional, full kitchen, comfy beds and living area. The view from the LR and front deck was really nice. Only minor complaints… couple of lights burned out in main bathroom and Netflix required the PIN of a previous tenant in order to use. A reset needed.

Excellent location and great property

A wonderful stay in a superb location. The Lodge was clean and tidy and had all the necessities for a great time away from home. The views from the balcony were stunning (aided by fantastic weather). The property manager/s were knowledgeable and very helpful. Our only problem as a group of mid-70 year olds with ageing mobility problems, was the second bedroom was really quite small and awkward to move around. However, we would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting fabulous views and peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely getaway cottage

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lochabar Lodges! Our cottage was so comfy we almost didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed walking down by the Caledonian Canal and watching the boats go through the locks. The staff was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed something and gave some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We also utilized the laundry facilities which were clean and efficient. The views from the cottages are breathtaking. I will miss my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the misty mountains.

Pristine Lodgings in a Bucolic Setting

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at Lochaber Lodges. The lodge was immaculate and spacious, and our hosts were very helpful with advice for things to do, as well as practical info. Just an FYI that this is not your typical flat where you might expect amenities like cooking spray, sugar, and paper towels (though they did have instant coffee and tea), so expect to bring your own. Still, we would definitely come back again and would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful, peaceful location

The is a very clean, modern accommodation in a peaceful setting, with the sounds of birds, cows and sheep in the distance. The location is a bit removed from Fort William (about a 20 minute drive, including a single lane road for part of that distance). We didn't find that to be a problem if we planned properly for the day. The tranquil setting made the extra bit of driving worthwhile. The lodge is well organized in its layout, and quite well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this as a getaway.

There was no interaction with the host or response when we had a query about how to light the oven. The amenities were fine except the cooker fan was not working. The office was unmanned and the laundry facilities did not seem to be available. No one was about to ask. The place itself was comfortable with fabulous views and a wonderful setting. All clean and neat.
