Wonderful

The property is well maintained and on the beach. The units have a varying degree of the quality of furniture/beds on the inside. We had our two tiny dogs with us and it was easy to take them out at this location. Enjoyed our visit!

Only downside is that the pool has adult swim from 3-4 every day. However if we wanted to swim we went to the pool next door. Next to popular places to eat and shop.

Beautiful sunrise view

This property was exactly as described. My favorite feature of this property was being able to watch the beautiful sunrise each morning from the screened in deck. I also was pleased with all of the beach items/chairs and towels provided.

It was so tastefully decorated with a beach theme too. We enjoyed the beach & the pool daily. The island offers many great restaurants & the palm trees & lush vegetation reminded us of Hawaii. Thank you so much for being such a blessing!We have stayed at Island Beach Club 330 E two different years and the first year we stayed was so lovely that we chose to stay there again this year for two weeks instead of one! We hope to do so again next year! The unit is bright and clean and even more lovely than the pictures. The wall of windows greets you when you walk into the living area with a beautiful view of the gulf! The recent renovations to the condo only served to make the unit even more bright and welcoming! A very happy place! We loved our time there!

The view was amazing, we sat on the deck every morning for coffee and evenings for cocktails looking out over the beach and ocean. Complex was very quiet and ideally located. My only suggestion would be for the beach lounge chairs to be replaced.

Views Views Views!

We loved waking up to the sunrise and the calming sound of waves. The third-floor view is perfect; CasaYbel's manicured lawn next door meant we only saw the beautiful and the ocean. The Island Beach Club residents and guests are so welcoming and friendly. After 4 hours on the beach, we felt at home, and it was only our first visit. We brought our Boykin Spaniel, who loved the beach, and all the other four-legged friends along the beach. But not too many, just a few. We will see you soon!

Sanibel Spring Break

This property is beautiful, well equipped and in a great location. We loved the screened in balcony and sat there every morning and evening. I loved having access to the bikes and being able to bike around the island. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with anything you might need. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. I loved the thoughtfulness of the extra beach towels, beach cooler, etc. The whole complex is nice and quiet and people are very friendly. It was worth every penny.

Beautiful Views not much else

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was very nice in its self, however the cleaning supplies (dishwasher tabs, garbage bags) were in short supply. Only was left with two extra rolls of toilet paper. Towels are very old and stained. At this price point I don't think its too much to expect nice towels and linens. Not a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Will not be returning.

The pool is refreshing after a day at the beach.The bikes and chairs are a very nice addition.The air was not working but management responded and got it fixed. The air does not cool the 2 bedrooms properly. The box fan does help but need to have 2 available one for each room.Carpets and furniture need some cleaning but I'm sure that is a never ending tasks.I only gave it 4 stars because the bedrooms were not cool and we normally sleep at 68.

Beautiful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time my family and I rented a condo that accepts pets, so we don’t have a lot to compare with. But this unit made for a very pleasant stay. It is nice and contemporary and bright on the inside, and the 3rd floor view to the south and east over the gulf is fantastic. The complex is closer to the water than many of the neighboring condos, so sitting out on the deck still gives you a front row ocean side seat. The unit is very well stocked with the little things, like lots of extra towels and kitchen utensils and soap dishes ect. The master bedroom is very large and even has a desk if one needs to work quietly. The bathrooms are very clean and updated. Another benefit to this condo is that it is very close to the shopping area- we frequently took our bikes to get groceries and ice cream cones. The condo unit has an adult hour at the pool from 3:00-4:00pm everyday This was very much appreciated. Again, this is the first time we rented a pet friendly condo, and it was nice, but it is apparent that sometime in the past, someone stayed there with a cat that missed its litter box. It’s a subtle smell in the hallway and kitchen area that – at least for us – we only noticed when we left the condo for a few hours and came back. If you are not used to vacationing on Sanibel Island, beware of tiny black flies nick names ‘no-see-ums’. They come out mostly at dawn and dusk, but are also present during the days where there is no wind. We have lots of itchy bumps. Come prepared with repellent. The bugs are tiny enough to get through the screened porches.Lastly, the owners of the condo really need to service the bikes and update the beach chairs and umbrella. We had to purchase an umbrella and bike pedals and chain lube and bring the bikes up to the shop for air. It sounds minor, but we spent a good portion of our first two days there with fixing and maintenance. But we're still giving it five stars.

I echo the positive comments of others regarding the cleanliness, view, comfort etc. The storage room chock full with beach equipment and 5 bikes still had room for us to store our 3 bikes which was very convenient. I would agree that some of the beach equipment was old and in a bit of disrepair. But for us we weren’t expecting much in this area so it was still a bonus. We cooked in quite a bit. . The kitchen doesn’t have the latest and greatest in terms of appliances but it was more than adequate. The blender could definitely be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our view from 330E. It was just beautiful. The condo was very clean, and well kept. There is an extra bathroom vanity which came in quite handy (the master bedroom closet was made smaller to accommodate it). The unfortunate thing was there was little closet space to hang clothes. But, there was plenty of drawers, so it wasn’t too big of an issue. There were extra bikes to use and came in handy for our guests. We would rent this unit again. Also, I highly recommend Select Vacations. They were great to respond to any concerns or questions.
