Ken and Tiffany's condo was perfect for our stay. It is more beautiful and spacious than the photos. Great layout for three couples, cozy living room for relaxing, large table for dinners and games, three private bedrooms, and two full baths. The easy, quick walk to the gorgeous beach made this our favorite trip to Sanibel in some 30 years of visiting. The condo was equipped with plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, tent, cooler, and all the beach and sand supplies you could desire. And the hosts were so incredibly accommodating and responsive. Best trip we've had to Sanibel, and we've been many times. We hope to book the same place for next year! Thanks so much!

We loved it here and would definitely be back! The condo was beautiful, steps from the beach, and was perfectly set up for a family of four and our brother and sister in law to use the upstairs loft! The hosts were wonderful and communicated with us right away.

The unit was wonderful and very clean. We enjoyed sitting g on the screen pitch and there is plenty of you in the condo. Just a short walk to the beach and we loved riding bikes all over the island. Ken was always available if I had any questions. This trip was definitely a blessing to my family.

The property is immaculate. It’s comfortable, it’s cozy, it’s well stocked, it’s right on the beach, there’s a pool, plenty of towels and dishes, and glasses and cooking utensils. It was really hard to leave.

We’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this was one of best. Great location, updated/seemed new condo, very clean, fantastic communication! If we comes back to Sanibel, there’s no reason look for anywhere to stay.

This condo was awesome! It was super clean, the beach access was great and the location couldn’t be beat. The hosts were amazing. The communication was great. Soon after the condo was booked we received lots of information about the area. Places to eat, things to do and see. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would definitely choose this one again!

Condo is beautiful, quiet and steps from the beach! The host has thought of everything. The beds are so comfortable and we slept great which that doesn’t always happen on vacation. There were chairs, umbrella, beach towels and wagon for the beach that we used everyday. The pool is very nice too. I’m so glad we chose this location and will definitely be back!

Our first time staying in this unit and it will certainly not be our last! Super cozy, clean, and the beds are super comfortable! Location is perfect and the beach and pool are just steps from the unit. Ken was very efficient and helpful. Super grateful we found this gem!

Wonderful!!!!! My family of 6 had an amazing stay. The unit was super clean and very spacious. The location couldn’t have been any better. You are only steps to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to all the local flavor. Communication with the owner was spot on. They made sure everything was perfect and let us enjoy our time. This was truly a gem and would recommend to anybody who was going here. Thanks for a great week. Lots of memories were made.

We loved it and want to come back

We loved it was perfect and seen Dolphins daily. And was close to everything in sept we want to come back

Beautiful updated condo steps from the beach. Ken provided excellent service and ensured we were well taken care of.

We have vacationed on Sanibel for years. We keep returning for the beauty, the tranquility, and the tropical warmth, look and feel of the island. THIS condo is large enough to hold our family of 10!!!We have traveled to many tropical places and are BLESSED to have found Sanibel to be one of the nicest tropical settings all while staying in the USA!!

We have tried to make our unit as welcoming to our guests as possible. We have renovated the inside, and upgraded virtually all of the furniture and fixtures to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have also added many guest amenities such as golf clubs, pickle ball rackets, beach towels, beach chairs/umbrella, so that our guests do not need to bring, rent or purchase as much during their stay.
