Everything was great. Host was most informative. The Townhouse was perfect for wife and I and our 2 Granddaughters. We didn't do much cooking but kitchen is well equipped.Beds were terrific!

The minute we walked in we knew we had made an excellent choice. The overall setup and the choice of furnishing made the townhome feel homeyThe location was perfect for observing the historic homes in the area. You just needed to walk across the street and stroll through street after street draped with living oaks, no traffic and observe amazing historic homesOur hosts were awesome and answered any questions we had about the area or their VRBOWe definitely would stay again

Apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay, was well-kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. Fridge was full-size. Hot water and water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was right in downtown with easy parking on street or behind apartment. Larger vehicles may find it a bit tricky to park behind apartment, especially if neighboring parking spots are full. No street noise was noticed when we were inside. Owners were kind and quick to respond to messages. We had no issues and would certainly stay there again.

This house was definitely more beautiful then the pics and so comfy and welcoming. You literally can walk to everywhere. We were quite fortunate to enjoy Beaufort memorial day parade from the porch and right on the sidewalk in front of the house. It's a very central ideal location. Oh and kitchen is full of all you need. The hosts were super helpful and very hospitable. Thanks Linda, hope to be back soon Rene & family

Beautiful Townhouse in the heart of Beaufort

We enjoyed this property for a quick weekend getaway and loved it! Beautifully decorated, convenient to all the downtown dining and shopping. The property was very quiet. We will most definitely look to visit again!

Please Clean Me

Our first impression was a pleasant surprise, because the townhome had been decorated so nicely: varied artwork on the walls and decorated with an eclectic and interesting flare. The location was especially convenient. Once we started to settle in, though, we discovered that the place needed a good vacuuming and general cleaning. Dust was really thick along the floor edging and baseboards, and the bottom of the curtains were thick with dust. The rugs were in need of cleaning, and the wooden floors and tiled kitchen and baths were especially dirty. All the woodwork needed cleaning. I was disappointed especially with the kitchen, as I could see that cleaning needed to be done. The bannister going upstairs was actually sticky to touch. No cleaning supplies were provided, and dirty sponges were on the counter. The utility closet was filthy, as was the under kitchen sink cabinet. I was especially disappointed when I discovered roaches in the upstairs master bath, along with dead insects throughout the perimeters of the rooms, where I was compelled to vacuum thoroughly. Windows were so dirty that we refused to open them. The appeal aspect was a downer for us. I would check the drain in the kitchen, as there was a bad odor coming from the sink. So sad to experience this, as it was such a cute place.

First time to Beaufort

My husband and I loved the condo. The location was very nice! We loved walking to the historical homes and walking to breakfast every morning. The condo was great for us. We had only a few mishaps. The King size bed mattress is worn and needs replacing. Due to the mattress, we ended up sleeping in the Queen bed in other room. The only thing I can say negatively is the cleaning service. The kitchen was dirty. The Keurig had mold and a used k-cup was left in it. I cleaned the whole thing before we could use it. The dish towel was soured and so were the kitchen sponges. They smelled really bad and needed to be thrown away. It appeared they had not been washed from prior renters. The wooden utensils had dried egg on them from previous occupants. We did not cook in the unit, so this was not a big deal to us. The washcloths in the bathrooms needed to be bleached. They were dingy and stained. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. It had mildew on it. We had everything we needed except toilet paper. We had to go buy some our first day. We will bring it next time! Overall the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We did book it last minute, so maybe that is why it was not cleaned really good. We loved the set up and having the extra bathroom was great. The living room furniture was very comfortable and it was wonderful walking to breakfast every morning followed by walking the neighborhood and seeing all of the beautiful historical homes.

We live in the Charleston area and have always enjoyed weekend getaways to the beautiful and Historic town of Beaufort. Beaufort,with its charming downtown,many galleries, fine restaurants, shops and antebellum houses all within walking distance, always reminded us of a simpler place in time. When this townhouse became available in the Historic District we jumped at the opportunity to be a part of it all.We have enjoyed every moment,from meeting our wonderful neighbors to working with the tradesmen that have helped us make this our special getaway place.

The ability to walk to a great restaurant, to walk to a gallery opening,to walk to magnificent marsh views and watch sunsets over Antebellum mansions took us back to a simpler place in time.All of this with room to stretch and 2 dedicated parking spaces,in a beautiful Historic city!!! what more could a person ask for???? We love our townhouse in Beaufort.
