New - Flirty Flamingo Bungalow - close to downtown

Make yourself at home in our newly remodeled 1940s bungalow, the Flirty Flamingo. Situated less than a mile from Downtown Beaufort and just a block from the bay, you will find it easy to access all of the attractions and amenities of the area.

Bring your bikes or even rent some to enjoy the 10-mile Spanish Moss Trail, just .4 miles from the Flirty Flamingo. Enjoy some downtime in the Adirondack chairs under the massive live oak in the backyard.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed with memory foam mattresses. Should you choose to forgo the fabulous restaurants in the area and cook for yourself, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen.

-0.8 miles to Historic Downtown Beaufort
-Less than 10 miles to Parris Island
-Less than 20 miles to Hunting Island State Park

Flirty Flamingo was a great stay. Nice location right off Bay Street. The cittage was well stocked with spuces, coffee, filters, creamer and sugar. Lots of extras so no need to purchase essentials for our week ling stay. Appreciated that! Beds, bedding and towels excellent. Even towels marked Paws for the dog. Appreciated that too!

Cozy cottage with southern charm

Very pleasant stay at this clean, well stocked cottage. Easy walk to the historic district and the Spanish Moss Trail. Hosts recommended some very good restaurants and provided us use of a seasonal State Park Pass that we could use at Hunting State Park and beach. I highly recommend.

Close to everything

Cozy cottage and still quite and peaceful even though it's right at the main road. The location is perfect and the host is great. Have already marked as one of my favorites

Charming and great location

If you know Beaufort, you know walkable location is peak. This cottage is clean, well appointed and perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and our sr beagle was beyond relaxed here. What a gem of a place! Thank you for your responsiveness with the lock issue and a great, comfy stay!!

Nice place to stay and the Spanish Moss Trail nearby was awesome.

We are nature lovers and the area has many places to visit and explore. We enjoyed Hunting Island and the Boneyard there was unique to experience and very quiet. Our hosts answered all our questions and made the stay very easy.Many places to choose from to go out to eat and we also went north to Charleston and south to Savannah. Both were fun to visit. Cargo ships and tall bridges including Ravenal Bridge in Charleston.

Southern Comfort

The Flirty Flamingo bungalow was very clean, cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was in a convenient location that was a short walk to downtown and to the Spanish Moss Trail. It’s also a short drive to Port Royal, as well as the beautiful Hunting State Park and beach. We would definitely stay there again!

perfect little house

Very cute little house. Had everything we needed. Located on a busy street so there was some traffic noise but was walking distance into down and cute neighborhoods. Spanish moss trail was near by which or dog enjoyed. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Weekend Getaway

We made the best of a rainy weekend, enjoying the state park and Bay Street. The house was perfect for four adults, with everything needed to cook a meal, watch a movie or play a game or two of Uno. Communication was great and location could not have been better. Hope to stay again in the near future.

We are a husband and wife team based in Lexington, Kentucky. We fell in love with Beaufort after visiting and are passionate about providing a great experience at our vacation rental homes. We own and operate vacation rentals at Dale Hollow Lake (Kentucky/Tennessee), Lexington, and Beaufort.

The location is so convenient to all the area has to offer. Less than a mile to downtown Beaufort with easy access to Parris Island and Hunting Island. The Flirty Flamingo is located directly beside our 1 bedroom listing, Bungalow by the Bay, and share a driveway and outdoor space.
