Amazing outdoor experience

We had such a good time at Emmanoyil's house. The pool, outdoor shower, backyard and view are amazing. The drive to the house is a bit intrepid on a narrow dirt road, so be prepared for that. The plus-side of that is that it feels very secluded up on the hill, so you are really able to relax.

Great view and home

We chose this spot for the pool and view. It did not disappoint. Our kids loved swimming after a day at the beach and we enjoyed the views over dinner. The drive to the house is a bit precarious but we got the hang of it after the first trip up. The local restaurants down the hill are also wonderful. You will need a car but we had planned to have one for excursions.

Lovely stay!

Myself and 3 friends had a lovely time staying here - Manolis and his wife where amazing hosts, they cooked us a full meal for when we arrived and had the fridge stocked with water, beer, wine and even fresh orange juice they squeezed for us!! The villa is beautiful - the only thing to note is that there is not a proper over the head shower inside, just a hand held one, but we managed non the less! I would highly recommend staying here, I wish I was still there eating breakfast on the lovely terrace looking out till at the stunning views. Thank you Manolis & Natali XX

Great villa,beautiful views

The property was great, and loved it being all solar powered. I agree with other reviewer the road is a little precarious to drive up. Pool was perfect for very hot days. Also I think the village details need to be updated, there are now only 2 tavernas, no mini mart and no cafes. It's a 20 min walk downhill and 25 back up the hill. Great stay!!

An amazing place

We loved staying at the Bio-Energy Villa Antonis. The house is beautiful and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the views of the mountains and the sea are amazing, the pool is lovely for cooling down, relaxing and playing. We could pick our own grapes (July) - the best grapes we have ever eaten. The location is secluded, away from other houses, giving us the experience of privacy that we wanted. The dirt roads in the area are nice for walking, there is rarely any cars. It only takes 7 minutes to drive to the nearest village and taverna, only 15 minutes to the very nice beach of Stalos, where there are shops, restaurants, bakery, butchery and tavernas. We loved staying here, being in the most beautiful nature, at the same time as it is only around half an hour's drive to Chania and the airport. Highly recommendable!

La villa è in una posizione bellissima al centro di dell'isola per cui molto comodo per raggiungere le spiagge più famose. L'esterno con la piscina permette piacevoli soggiorni e aperitivi con vista su mare e monti. La pulizia e sistemazione generale della casa potrebbero essere migliorate. Sehr schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht, leider keine Klimaanlage, Swimmingpool war nicht benutzbar, da er sich grün verfärbte. Die Küche hatte nicht mal 4 Esslöffel, für ein Haus mit 6 Betten. Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft.

Rustikaler, abenteuerlicher sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Lage der Villa war, bis auf den etwas abenteuerlichen Anfahrtsweg, grnadios. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf Berge und Meer. Wirklich herrlich. Die Vermieter waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Sie kamen etwa alle drei Tage vorbei um das Wasser im Pool zu kontrollieren und um das riesengroße Grundstück, mit Acocados, Zitronenbäumen, Orangenbäumen, Aloe Vera etc. zu pflegen/bewässern. Wir haben auch sämtliche frischen Früchte von Ihnen bekommen. War wirklich ganz lieb. Zusätzlich eine kleine Schulung wie man sich mit frischer Aloe Vera den Körper einreibt. War herrlich. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal. Wem kleinere Mängel nichts ausmachen ist hier vollkommen richtig. Das Einzige womit wir uns erst ein wenig anfreunden mussten war, dass es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser gab. Aber hey, auch das ging mit Wasser kochen auf dem Herd. Wir waren im Urlaub auf einer wunderschönen Insel, an einem sehr schönen Ort und haben den Urlaub und die Ruhe in der Villa sehr genossen. Danke nochmal für alles.

Schöne Lage

Das Haus liegt eher abgelegen und sehr ruhig auf einem Bergsattel mit fantastischem Blick über Berge bis zum Meer. Die Ausstattung schien teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, zB gab es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser, die Waschmaschine ist ausgelaufen, worum sich der nette Eigentümer schnell gekümmert hat. Wir hatten dort eine schöne Zeit.

A truly special place

The villa and it's location are so special, just beautiful, and built with passion! The views are incredible, beautiful pool, cool inside the villa and plenty of space. Our hosts Manolis and Natalia, were incredibly generous and kind. Amazing beaches close by (via hire car). Our teenage boys just loved it. We cannot wait to come back! Efhariso.

Schönes Haus zwischen Bergen und Meer

Wer Wert auf Ruhe und Individualität legt, Natur und Ausblick mag, kein Nachtleben braucht, nette Vermieter sucht, nachhaltige Lösungen zur Energieversorgung schätzt, keine Angst vor engen Straßen hat und sich an kleinen sympathischen Unzulänglichkeiten am Haus nicht stört, liegt hier goldrichtig. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Wonderful stay in Villa Antonis

We really enjoyed our stay in villa Antonis.The view was stunning and we had a short way to the nice beach in Stalos. This location is very beautiful. We had a lot of space in the villa and it was very clean. We were cordially received. The hosts were really friendly and nice. It felt like home. We really recommend this place and are looking forward to book the next trip to Villa Antonis. Thanks for everything :)

It was a great stay

When we arrived to villa we been amazed by the view fom it. We were able to see white mountains from one side and sea on the another. We been greeted with basket or fresh fruits and soft drinks. Upon arrival to Crete it was a bit cold therefore we been enjoying amaizing fireplace in villa every evening, thanks to Manolis there is plenty firewood available. We were 5 of us staying, but villa can fit 8 persons easily. By the end of stay in Crete weather became very warm even hot, but we couldn't use a pool due to winter floods as a villa is completely self-contained (eco villa), there are solar powered batterys and stream water avaliable only.

Déçu . . Prix décevant par rapport aux prestations annoncées..

Insécurité . Interrupteurs non protégés ( nous avions 4 enfants).machine à lavée inaccessible dans un lieu où fuites de la piscine. Un filet d eau dans la douche et froide. Salle de bain à l étage odeur nauséabonde. Maison très belle vu de l extérieur mais beaucoup d améliorations à prévoir.( surtout au niveau de l eau et des odeurs). Je ne la recommanderai pas à mon entourage.

Quiet location. Good for family.

We enjoyed having no close neighbours and our 7 year old proper enjoyed the pool every morning! The owners, Manolis and Natalia were helpful and we had plenty of contact with them in case of any issues (though we had none). Only downside worth considering is that you do need a car, otherwise perfect destination in Crete. Beaches were only a short drive away and the beachfront had plenty of shops and eateries. Chania a half hour drive away. The villa itself had plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen (given that it is not on any mains systems - you won't get a microwave here). Plenty of clean linen was supplied including towels. We enjoyed our 2 weeks here very very much!

Very impressive villa with great views

Had a brillaint time in this villa with a group of 9 people ! We had a great time, the villa has stunning views and has a great pool with a sea view. The owner was very nice and helped us with any questions we had and even took time out of his day to bring us water and check up on us! Great hospitality and would definitely recommend Jack

Good property, bit of a treck to get there but soon got use to that, nice and quiet, great veiws.

Had a great time, we know Crete quite well so to be high in the hills was perfect for us, we could drive wherever, villa clean, sheets and towels like new, very quite and private during the days, and we'd travel into Chania on the nights. Few little teething issues with which the owner sorted out straight away.

My favorite destinations are Europe, America, but my record is Russia (more than 50 trips) But most of my memories to have from my travels with my sailing (first a Moody 33, and later Gipsy 37) almost all GREEK islands and coast ... ..! For this I am happy I am that I have endless stories to tell my grandchildren !!!!!

I will be happy if you choose me home for your holiday. I'm sure it will be unforgettable! The house is unique and special! It is a beautiful home perched on the verdant hill (132m altitude) with endless views of sea and mountains! It is 100% bio energy and bioclimatic and tremendously large percentage ecological! This house was designed and built to be energy self-sufficient using solar and wind energy for its lighting needs, drive and hot water, and for the cooking needs using gas cylinders. The testator house all the necessary for a comfortable life. He wants respect and NOT waste .No perissefoumeno is NOTHING .. ALL (water, electricity, unemployment) not to finish our wanting attention. NOT WASTING NO stingy. Right use . (Of course there are for ALL and ...... spare.) Do not hesitate to call me for that problem you have! If you think I could help, do not hesitate to ask me! I will be at your disposal for opium two floor information, and service !!!
The only thing I ask is you. Respecting the specificity of the house!
I believe that it is worth the money you pay us, and gain experiences for another life sentence!

The idea to build this house emerged during repair and restoration of my family home in the old town of Chania. This house was built by the VENETSIANOUS, and inhabited in 1614 (400 years ago) initially as a nunnery, (Santa Maria de mirakoli) and after the expulsion of the Turks, came to my family. Work refurbishing the realized synergy with my own under the supervision of my Mary architect-engineer daughter. There I realized what I was saying to my clients to back to PLAN stone houses, not concrete! The walls were still alive ... .When I bought in 1999 the area of 11,500 sqm property in Upper crystals, intended for dachas. So I did not hesitate to apply with their scientific approach from ... .architektonissa my daughter, the life experiences of electromechanical and stone houses construction. The location, the topography of the area the size of the property allowed us to deal seriously to achieve the best results. Ancient Greek practices found their application in the best possible way! The result was (for me) amazing! So I decided to turn it into the main residence of my family for eight years! I can not tell you the pleasure you feel ...... not ACCOUNTS come to you. Now why school needs of my son Anthony (16 years now) back in town, and my judgment is accordingly a need for a supplementary income. What I am sure is that experience that you will acquire, (positive negative) is a personal experience, for all that '' theory '' think of a better, more natural life greener
