I recommend to everyone to plan a holiday at Villa Theony in the best village Athani which it is closer to beaches and with a lot of local restaurants around it!

The best Villa we have ever stayed in.

Villa Theoni is a beautiful and comfortable property set in a quiet and safe village. It was a pleasure to get to the local supermarket for pastries in the morning, and walk back gazing at the sea. There are good restaurants nearby, and people were kind and friendly.It's elevated location makes for the best views and sunsets. We had plenty of space, and everything we needed. The pool and outdoor kitchen were wonderful.Dimitris kept in contact throughout and staff at Lefkada rentals were lovely.We thoroughly recommend staying there. Lefkada itself is a gorgeous island, we also hired a boat and explored other islands nearby. Would love to return and stay here again at this Villa.

Villa Theoni

Great location near two good beaches and the quaint village of Athani which included at least two good Tavernas and a grocery/coffee shop. Villa was well appointed with fantastic views. Pool was great.One of the bedrooms was unusable as no aircon .Toilet plumbing was poor and required maintenance.

Very nice house, wonderful pool and terrasses

We have enjoyed our stay in the villa. We have only the suggestion to clean the showers thoroughly. The wood has a lot of mold and the drain of the showers is blocked because the water is not running through. Other than that it is a very nice house!

Magical

Villa Theoni is second to none. An absolute paradise. This was our third stay and it was every bit as stunning as always. The view from the infinity pool, surrounded by birdsong and the sweet scent of flowers. Delicious Lefkaditi Gi wine on the terrace. Just a short drive to the blue waters of Porto Katsiki. And now very helpfully a new grocery store has opened in Athani making life even more simple. Thank you Melanie & Eleni at Lefkada Rentals and special thanks to Dimitris for making everything so special.

We would all go back in a heart beat !

What a great house at a convenient location with perfect views! My family enjoyed our stay in this super clean house tremendously! The beds were comfortable , the rooms have air conditioning , the sofas in the living area are comfy too. We loved the covered terrace in the front and the terrace on the site too. There are bushes of rosemary and oregano so you even get free aroma therapy ! The highlight for us was the infinity pool up behind the house where we enjoyed daily stunning sunsets ! The beaches in the area are unbelievably beautiful and so many options ! The tavernas close by had delicious food and there was even a mini market super close . The kitchen could be a little better equipped but it didn’t bother us because of the many food options close by ! The host was responsive and generously brought us 6 bottles of local and delicious wine ! The driveway is a little steep so just make sure to get an appropriate car which you need for the steep and windy roads to the gorgeous beaches anyway ! We definitely highly recommend this house for many reasons!

what a lovely place !

We loved staying in Villa Theonie. A beautiful furnished house in a very quiet area. In May it was a bit cold outside, and the house was as well. The heating is not working, but you can use the fireplace as well as the aircondition to warm the house a little bit. And it is good to know, that 2 of the rooms dont have a wardrobe. But appart from this, it is a 5 Star house and the communication with the owner Dimitris is extraordinay. Such a friendly guy, we also visited his winejard, wich also is a beautiful spot... and the wines are so good ... we´ve had a couple of bottles :-)

Supermooie villa

Met de familie hebben we in juni een week gebruik gemaakt van deze prachtige villa. Het was precies zoals afgebeeld op de website. Alles was perfect en ook heel schoon. Het zwembad was ook super met een gratis schitterend uitzicht over de zee en als toetje elke avond een mooie zonsondergang. We bevelen deze villa zeker aan mede door het superteam van Lefkada Holidays. Vanaf de boeking tot de vakantie kun je met al je vragen bij hen terecht. Duidelijke en snelle reactie via de mail. Ook via dat team, voor een goede prijs, twee auto’s gehuurd. Kortom het was fantastisch! Dank! Familie Oosterveld/Nederland.

Villa Theoni is in an ideal location on the stunning west coast of Lefkada. It is in walking distance to the two lovely restaurants in Athani and a short drive to Porto Katsiki. Dimitris was helpful and generous with everything we needed. The Villa was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed - the showers are a treat. And best of all, the sunset views over the ocean from the infinity pool, especially when paired with a glass of Lefkaditiki Gi wine! Huge thank you to Melanie and Eleni and all the Lefkada Rentals team for organising a rib boat trip to Kefalonia and an amazing massage at the villa and for sharing tips and advice and making us so welcome.

Secluded villa with a great view

We stayed at Villa Theoni during 6 days at the beginning of July – 4 children and 4 adults. Perfect for us! The village Athani was small but there are at least 2 restaurants to choose between if you do not want to cook "at home". The closest supermarket is about 20 minutes away by car (you definitely need a car if you stay here). We really enjoyed our stay which was very relaxing and comfortable – and the infinity pool area was very much appreciated (especially among the kids).

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Theoni. The architecture and design are stunning and the house had everything that we needed for a relaxing holiday. The infinity pool is magical - the sunsets over the sea have to be seen to be believed. Thank you Eleni and Darija and all the Lefkada Rentals team for the warm welcome, hugely helpful communication throughout and for arranging extras for us from the car to a boat trip and for all the recommendations to make our stay perfect. At the villa, Dimitris went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed and the wine from his vineyard is exceptional! We can’t wait to return.

Amazing place for a perfect holiday

Ammenities, view, location and service - everything was top-notch. The house is beautiful and very well equiped. The views from the terrace at breakfast or dinner are stunning, and so is the view from the infinity pool. Also location was perfect for us: Athani is a quiet lovely village, perfectly located so that we could explore the incredible beaches on the Western coast of the island. Very good dining options nearby - Lefkatas is a 5 min walk and Taverna Oasis - a must visit - is at 10 min drive. On top of that, Dimitris was a perfect host, always available and helpful. We would really love to come back!

Perfect Holidays - we felt like home

The owner Dimitris is a very charming and generous guy. The hole administration was really easy. Also the wines of his own are very tasty. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 children and found everything we needed for day and night. The infinity pool with his view is unforgetable. Can't wait to have a summer holiday like this year instead of Covid 19!
