Lovely villa

The villa is lovely location good,we had to clean the grill tray in the oven before we could use it as it was really dirty overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely villa

Nice and clean, with good heating system for cooler months. Good communication with Damien. Area nice and quiet but not too far from AP7. 20 minutes walk to beach and restaurants. Shopping mall nearby.

Absolutely stunning

We have loved our time in this beautiful villa, it’s a gorgeous place, we found it easy to get around on foot, beach is only a 5-10 min walk depending on your speed 😂 shops are dotted around roughly same distance, we walked up to the shopping centre where there is a huge supermarket. The beachfront is stunning, very relaxing and so clean. If you need any help Dominic is available and gets back to you immediately.Absolutely fantastic, highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

Beautiful villa

Absolutely beautiful villa. All the equipment you need. Great that people have left pool things behind. Spacious indoor and out door area. Location: was able to walk to carrefour and taxi back. Easy to walk to seafront to bars and restaurants. Don’t need a car if happy to walk 15 mins into town as very flat. Great folder with local information in ! Owner extremely helpful and contactable at allTimes More information on how aircon works, lights outside, fridge and oven would have been good and maybe a check in check out folder as to what to do with keys and bedding etc as other villas I’ve stayed in have specific information on this and then I wouldn’t of needed to keep bothering Damian

Relaxing premium Villa

This a very modern Villa, approx 10mins walk from the beach/restuarants and shops. There is a large mall 5 mins away too. Well equipped inside for dining and relaxing. Private pool in a secluded garden was the best feature. Unfortunately the severe storms in Murcia damaged the air-conditioning, however the owner and property manager were very proactive in providing fans and attempting to have the units repaired. The rest of the house is in fantastic condition, and we would happily stay again. Thank you

Sehr ruhige Lage mit Nähe zum Strand und zum großen Einkaufszentrum. Ein Mietwagen oder das eigene Auto ist allerding ein Muss. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind sauber, modern und alles was man so braucht ist drin. Der Kontakt zum Verwalter und Vermieter ist reibungslos. Einzig das Wasser zum Duschen war immer sehr kühl, maximal lauwarm und der Pool war nach kurzem Benutzen sehr grün und schmutzig, was am PH Wert lag, das Problem wurde aber umgehend behoben. Die Strände in am Mar Menor sind ok, die etwas weiter nördlich am Mittelmeer sind sehr schön. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Casa Moderna con Piscina accesible para niños

Una casa moderna a 10 minutos de la playa con piscina privada habilitada para niños con vallado perimetralny escasa profundidad. La vivienda es moderna tal y como las fotos. Únicamente sentimos algo de falta de equipamiento en la cocina, ya que tuvimos que comprar un brazo batidor indispensable para los niños. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Very nice accommodations, first class.

Very nice accommodation, good location. Only slight downside being building works very close by and works commencing 7.30am 6 days a week.

Casa vacacional perfecta

Tolles Ferienhaus, mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht. Sauber und gepflegt. Nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber, Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Meer erreicht man in nicht mal 1km, Supermärkte und viele Cafes in naher Umgebung. Würden gerne wiederkommen. :)

Séjour parfait en famille

Villa très agréable répondant à tous les critères de l’annonce. La piscine est même plus grande que sur la photo. L’emplacement est situé à moins de 10mn à pieds à la cool de la mer et du centre. En résumé, villa parfaite pour un séjour en famille

Splendid holidays

We have spent a lovely week in this beautiful villa near the beach. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, yet still very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The pictures are truly as described. The villa is clean and fully equipped. The communication with the host was quick and easy. The Home Manager, Damian gave us a very warm welcome upon our arrival. We loved the villa and had a wonderful holiday! We will be back next year for sure.

kein Premium Objekt

Die Kücheneinrichtigung bestehtt nur aus Plastik. Man kommt sich vor wie auf dem Campingplatz. Keine Porzellansalatschüssel. Angeschlagene Teller. Nur 3 Weingläser die zusammenpassen! Es war nur die Betten im EG (Gästeschlafzimmer) hergerichtet. Haben wir erst am nächsten Tag festgestellt. Haben die erste Nacht im Masterschlafzimmer ohne Bettdecke verbracht. Ich habe für ein Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern bezahlt da sollte zumindestens das Master hergerichtet sein. Wir mußten auch erst die Schränke leerräumen: Kinderbett im Schrank, Spielzeug etc. Im für uns vorgesehenen Gästezimmer lagerten die Gartenauflagen. Der Fernseher hatte nach ca. einer Woche kein Signal mehr. Auf unseren Anruf bei der Agentur und dem Vertreter erfolgte keine Rückmeldung. Der Grill im Garten war total verdreckt. Auch der Garten Definitiv kein Objekt das unter Premium läuft

Mantenimiento de la Villa cero

La villa está bien, pero el mantenimiento es nulo, la casa estaba sucia cuando llegamos y el frigorífico no funcionaba, lo que si es cierto que enseguida vinieron a verlo, pero siguió sin funcionar un día y medio con el frigorífico roto y lleno de comida. Al día siguiente trajeron uno de segunda mano pero por lo menos funcionó. Creo que falta organización

Excellentes prestations, dommage que l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide en cette période.

Compte tenu de la période, nous n'avons aucun voisin et nous sommes donc extrêmement tranquille.

Great location for exploring Mar Menor

Really loved this place. Super modern and plenty of space. Very clean on arrival. Traveled with two children so they had their own room (and one his own bathroom!). Kitchen had everything we could have needed. Location is 5mins from Dos Mares shopping center so a Carrefour and Lidl just around the corner. Also a few mins in car or a 10-15min walk to Lo Pagan beach which is perfect. Pool was great and sun was on the garden and pool for most of the day. Box of 'stuff' for the kids like balls and buckets and spades which was useful and saved having to buy (and leave/throw away) ourselves for a change. Damien the on-site property manager was very good. Super helpful, great communication and really quick to respond when needed. Thanks Damien!! Feedback: 2 things to change/improve. - No UK tv channels at all which when you have an 8 and 10 year old with you is a nightmare!! Luckily we had a laptop with us so I paid for TV Mucho and hooked laptop to TV. - Sunbeds need refreshing/repairing. Super minor but we were worried about making them worse! Overall super stay - thank you - and would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Seeing is believing.

The villa exceeded expectations. Comfortable, modern and spacious with all the creature comforts of home. A good sized pool and terrace, a very good terrace off the main upstairs bedroom. The Aircon works independently upstairs and down and was both very effective and necessary at night. The beach is just a few minutes walk down the road and the mud is an essential visit but if you do go mudding, you need something on your feet to enter the water as the first few feet is very stony. No such problem with the Mar Menor though. Despite the area suffering from a huge storm and localised floods, the villa was a safe haven and we had a great time at a great villa. Thanks Xenia,
