Ideal Holiday

This is our fourth time of staying here and we always enjoy this lovely villa but we think this time the garden and decor is much improved. We love the secure and private garden which we find hard to leave but there are many nice restaurants within easy walking distance. It is very impersonal, usually people leave salt and pepper etc etc but there is nothing. No books left or advice from past guests.

Un excellent choix

L'agence K3 homes est très professionnelle. Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à trouver le logement et nous y installer. Il était très propre et la piscine et les espaces verts étaient bien entretenus. La maison est très bien située, à proximité de la mer avec des commerces proches. Le matériel de cuisine et la vaisselle sont très complets. Nous recommandons. K3 homes n'y peut rien, mais nous avons eu un couple de goélands sur les toits qui défendait sa progéniture avec beaucoup d'agressivité, et qui ne s'est pas montré effrayé en entendant les cris de faucon téléchargés sur nos smartphones. Au final, nous en avons bien ri.

Villa tout à côté de la mer, des restaurants, des bars. Un jardin entièrement clôturé et suffisamment spacieux, très agréable, grande, et bien équipée. Je recommande.

La maison est située à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, ce qui est appréciable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Que les propriétaires équipent la maison d'un aspirateur, vu la superficie de la maison, c'est nécessaire.

Good Rental Property

Lovely spacious house, clean and one of the best rentals we have had for all the kitchen equipment, glasses and crockery etc. There was nothing missing. We had 2 dogs with us and the garden was escape proof with a wall all the way around it. The pool was just the right size for us and we used it everyday. There were more than enough restaurants to chose from within easy walking distance and not far to the promenade for nice long walks. We didn’t want to BBQ, but if we did I don’t think I would have liked to use the ones that were in the garden!! Our week here was very enjoyable.

Family holiday

Nice pool and large cozy garden with private and relaxing atmosphere. Plenty space for kids. Good kitchen equipment including dishwasher and espresso machine. Good and quite location. Old town, beach, playground in a walking distance. As we grilled everyday, we noticed poor grill condition.
