Beautiful location, lovely house,.

So perfect for our stay; clean comfortable, everything worked, amazing location, we even had perfect weather. Just wished there was a back deck big enough to sit on comfortably.

great location, but house has deferred maintenence with doors that dont close, electronics stuck in the 80s, faded art posters etc. BUT we were there not for those reasons, but tbe location and it was perfect for that.

Perfect for an extended get away

Lovely older home right on the cliff- top. If you love walking, waking up to see the ocean and easy access to Gualala this is a great space! The home has a very open concept and a large enclosed deck. The only drawback is that it can be hard to get privacy if you need a separate space for work or multiple activities.

If you want true ocean view then secure the house

We loved that it was a few steps from the hiking trail… loved that you could sit and enjoy the ocean view from the living and kitchen area including master bedroom. We enjoyed the fire place but we had to buy presto logs. The closed patio was great to sit and still be able to view the ocean . Again it’s an old house compared to other houses we stayed at. This one was comfortable.

Vacasa Sea Ranch rentals are not clean

House was dirty including dirt in the beds, cobwebs, etc. It could use a barbecue and chairs outside. The view is amazing which could make up for it. Recent Vacasa rentals in Sea Ranch have all been dirty which is a disappointment. We will look for another rental agency after 20 years of renting from Ram's Head Realty / now Vacasa.

The views!!!

This was my second stay at this home. The very first time that I visited Sea Ranch was at this home. The incredible location and breathtaking views made me fall in love with the area. You truly can’t beat the views—absolutely perfect!The views are stunning from every angle.You can relax in the spa while still enjoying those amazing views. We were unable to get the Jets working for the spa, but the temperature was just right and still made for a great experience.Yes, the house is a bit dated, but that’s not why I come here. The real reason is the views of the ocean, being close to the ocean hearing the ocean and extremely easy access to the incredible trails that Sea Ranch has to offer. All of which this home has!A quick heads-up: make sure not to leave food out—we left a sealed box of donuts on the counter and ants found their way in. But honestly, that’s just part of nature.Can’t wait to come back!

Great location

Location was amazing. Property needs a little love, they have begun the process but floors, cabinets and deck need attention. But the view is spectacular!

Love the architecture of this home! Plus it's very green...

The layout of this home, its ocean views, and its proximity to the bluff trail are fantastic. We also appreciated the solar power, EV charger, and hottub!

A wonderful place

We loved the location of this so well designed house. Very comfortable! The views were amazing and the pathway close by was very convenient to explore the bluffs. A wonderful experience all together…Hope to be back again .

Seascape

We just celebrated my husband’s 75th birthday at Seascape. Our son and daughter-in-law joined us and we had a wonderful week. The hiking path is right out the door, the deer were grazing, and the ocean view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed. We felt at relaxed and at home . And , we are returning next summer!

Fabulous Sea Ranch Blufftop Getaway

This home is extremely well located right on the top of the bluff overlooking the amazing Sonoma Coast. Steps from the house is the Bluff Trail offering three miles of blufftop hiking. When tired of the views, the interior courtyard offers a large private hot tub, perfect for viewing the stars at night. The kitchen had all the essentials, the baths well equipped and the bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone seeking a relaxing view-filled retreat. It was a good value for the money.

It’s all about the view

View was spectacular ! House needs some love. The big disappointment was the hot tub. The jets don’t work. But nonetheless the water was hot. The bluff walk was right out the door, a great walking trail. And the sunsets were stunning!

Gorgeous view and location

We got what we wanted for this stay: a perfectly comfortable home overlooking the ocean. The house definitely needs a facelift but most of it was easily overlooked because it was clean and the view trumped all.

Oceanfront views

The view is incredible from the living room but the steps and the deck are very creaky and the paint is peeling off. The place would be great with paint job and some less dingy furnishings.
