Summer vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. The outdoor shower was perfect and we loved the parking size. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and spacious for families

Stayed for a week with my wife and 4 kids. Lots of space for everyone and great location steps from beaches, a short walk to Belmont Park and many restaurants.

Just as advertised

Place was great. Lots of room and space to spread out. Location is in the middle of Mission so everything is very walkable. The place was clean and communication was great. The extra parking comes in very handy as well. Would stay again.

Great location, perfect for my family of 4

Great condo in heart of Mission Bay. Steps to the beach (bay or ocean). Quiet area. As advertised, no complaints!

Overall cute place. Definitely need fans and some air circulating. Fans are old and very dirty (full of hair) . One doesn’t blow well at all. Gets stuffy. Good location. Washer and dryer didn’t work during my stay and the issue didn’t get resolved during my stay. The biggest issue is the kitchen is not well stocked. Limited pots and pans. Utensils. Items like that. Also no cleaning supplies which makes it impossible to clean up a mess. I did find one broom. And some wipes but nothing else. Would have been nice to have had a binder with helpful information in it. Trash pick up, close coffee shops or restaurants. Little market close which is fairly well stocked so if you need something u can just walk over. Ralph’s is close by and will deliver items for half the price of what bro offers. Helpful hints like that would be beneficial for people staying and not familiar with the area. Also the QR codes for the free bike rentals didn’t work. It basically is a place to sleep and shower. Please was clean though. And nice size.

Nice place close to ocean and bay

We were there during a San Diego heat wave. The house was quite hot. The fans were helpful. You might consider air-conditioning if the heat waves keep happening. Also, there were only 2 forks for 4 people, and maybe 3 spoons. there was no frying pan except for a very tiny one.

Id stay again!

Location is perfect! Property is in a narrow part of the strip so you can see both the ocean and the bay. Being on the bay side you do have to cross the street but the cross walk is 1 street up. House has almost everything we needed. Only kitchen con was no cookie sheets, spices,oils. Luckily Ralphs is a mile away and we were able to get what we needed. Beds/ pilllows were comfortable, there was enough towls and extra blankets. Washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus. There were beach chairs which was a bonus for us. Outside the shower was perfect and the private balcony with grill was so wonderful. Only things I wish we had was a mop, I think a swifter would be a great addition to this unit. Overall I'd recommend and stay again.

Property was in a great location. Nicely kept, but the kitchen was not really well stocked. More towels were needed for 4 adults. Washer worked, but dryer did not.
