I did have a nice vacation but this unit and the management. We arrive at the condo with all of our luggage and groceries for the week, icecream, milk, frozen food, drinks, just to realize that they gave me a 4 letter passcode to the door and it’s a number pad. So I tried the old fashion method like on the phone and used the code.. didn’t work. For the next 1 1/2- 2 hours I am calling, emailing, online chatting trying to get into the unit. Finally reached someone and got in. By this time kids are miserable, icecream is melted, drinks are hot and all I got was a sorry. Go out to the balcony to relax. The lounge chair is broken. I call and report it and was told management would be up to look at it or fix it and no one showed. I looked back at reviews at this point and see that several others have reported the lounge broken.
