Large Living room/ full kitchen has an open concept with 70in tv that leads out to a large balcony with gulf views. Master bedroom has a king size bed (new mattress ) with full bath. Bunk area has barn door for privacy, 2 twin beds , full bath, and sofa bed in living room (sleeps 6 ) 1047sq ft . Beach wagon , umbrella, & chairs are available for guest . Must be 25 rent. Laketown Wharf does not allow pets ! Absolutely no smoking in unit or on balcony ( This would result in extra cleaning fees & removal from property with no refund) . Check in 4:00 pm /Check out is 10:00 am . Monthly rentals September, October , & November .
