Find your Adventure in Moab!

This is a new condo in beautiful Moab, Utah with swimming pool and hot tub open approx. April - October! Construction was completed in April 2016. Our unit is a three bedroom two full bath unit. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a laundry room as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. There are two smart TVs in the unit. One is located in the living room and the other is in the master bedroom. The master bedroom closet is huge. There is a balcony with a Webber grill off the living room. You can grill steaks and see some of the breathtaking red rocks that this area is so famous for. It is everything you want in your home away from home!

Moab fun

Such a nice property for my family to stay at. I work remotely and worked a few days here with zero issues, great WiFi. Moab views and parks and downtown all so close. Great place to visit, absolutely stunning country.

Great location

This condo worked out great for our family of 6 while we explored arches and Canyonlands national parks. It was conveniently located just a few minutes outside of Moab and about 15 mins to Arches NP. The best part about this place was the outdoor heated pool and hot tub. We had the craziest weather while we visited (40s and snow in april!) but the pool was open and the kids had a blast swimming!

Reasonable Moab Stay

For a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Moab, the cost was very reasonable. Pool/hot tub was perfect after a long day outside mountain biking & hiking. Lots of OHVs if you are into that sort of thing. Well stocked, clean and good location

Best condo in Moab!

The condo was very nice. It had plenty of room for our family. We liked the location - far enough outside of Moab to be quiet but close enough to town. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Marian was great to work with and responded to our texts or emails immediately. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The place was spacious and well equipped. Given that the condo was in a complex, there was a fair amount of noise outside in the parking lots, the pool and in the condo upstairs. We had expected all of that, though, and felt that the condo was clean and met our needs nicely.

great Moab getaway

What a wonderful home. The condo is decorated and furnished to create a cozy getaway. The kitchen had everything you could need and having a hot tub was a highlight to sit in as it snowed. Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent host

We had a small issue ( not the fault of the host personally), and they responded back quickly and appropriately. They provided and offered assistance in fixing the matter. We appreciated their effort and communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nicely updated condo

This condo is nicely updated and worked well for our family. We made use of the grill and enjoyed the shared hot tub each night. There were a few minor situations that warranted the 4 star review- wrong code to get in, lacking in some provided items, and subpar cleaning. I would still recommend, as these were minor and did not really detract from our stay.

Arches National Park Stay

Good but got frustrated on trying to get into condo. TV did not have Netflix. Unfriendly rules on leaving the place, needed our own codes. Other places we stay it was provided⁶. Take out garbage, not comfortable with running dishwasher

As far as places in Moab, this place was one of the better options. There were a few odd things, like no back-up toilet paper… Bring your own if you expect to stay more than 2 days. Also, when we arrived there were lots of hairs on the master bathroom floor like someone had blow-dried their hair and then it wasn't swept or mopped afterwards. I used the vacuum and cleaned it up, but I would have preferred not have to! This was probably just an over site by the cleaners and I say it in this review so that the owners will be able to pass it along to them. The internet was horrible. Didn't work in any of the bedrooms, only in the living room where the modem was placed. Couldn't watch TV in the master bedroom or stream anything via wifi. The beds seemed perfectly clean and the remainder of the house was clean. Excellent large washer and drier.

We let our housekeeping staff know about the cleaning issues as soon as we received this review. We have found them to be very responsive and they take pride in the work they do. I'm not sure what happened with the internet service here. We have never had a complaint before nor have we had any issues ourselves, but it will certainly be looked into.

Clean, spacious condo near Arches NP

We stayed at several properties during our 10-day road trip to Utah's National Parks and this was the most spacious and comfortable unit we stayed in. I never did figure out how to get the bedroom TV to show Network TV channels since I did not have my own login for streaming services, but we enjoyed our stay nevertheless.

I (Marian) have enjoyed visiting Moab my entire life. Though I grew up in the south, my parents actually met and married in Moab over 60 years ago. I guess you could say this place has a lot of history for my family since this is where it all started! Dan and I love to bring our four boys here now. The beauty of God's handiwork is evident at every turn and there is always adventure to be found!
