The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware. Wifi worked well. Loved having 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room for larger group. The house was superficially clean but really needs a deep cleaning eg mold in the shower, cobwebs some lights.

A lovely stay in a comfortable, spacious home

This was a great space for the price. Lots of room to move around and relax. Lovely, quite, location. Great kitchen and living room. Great beach access and views. 2 parking spots. Loved that it was within 30 mins of Cannon Beach! We would stay there again.

Coma Inducing Retreat

This place was so comfortable and relaxing. We slept a lot! Though there wasn’t a view of the ocean, it was close enough to hear and smell. There were big windows and rolling hills. It felt so private. We really liked it and wanted to stay longer. The kitchen was big and well appointed. It felt very homey.

Very old and dated. Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Carpets were very stained. No ocean view. We expected a lot more at this price point. Would have wanted money back if staying more than one night. Entire place needs a major remodel.

Quiet & peaceful

We love the location of this condo . It was so quiet & peaceful we felt like we were the only people around. The condo ,although a bit dated ,is nice with lots of large windows . The kitchen was nice with pretty much everything you will need. We love the easy 3 minute walk to the beach also the easy walk to the Gearhart Golf Course.

Good location.

Loved being so close to the beach. Really missed having air conditioning (how I didn't catch that in listing I will never know). There should be screens on the windows and doors, since that is the only way to cool the house down! Ceiling fans would make it more comfortable as well. In lieu of replacing the ripped couch, Slipcovers or reupholstery would help, as would a board under cushions of the couch to help with sagging. The kitchen was definitely well equipped, a big plus!

Amazing oceanside condo with lots see

Fantastic location!!! Takes you 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Close driving distance to great towns like Seaside and Astoria! We recommend checking out the Indian costal trail abiut 20 minutes out, spectacular views, about 4 miles there and back. You should also check out the Cathedral trail and Column in Astoria where you can throw a wooden plane off a tower! We also recommend going to the Sandtrap bar thats another 2 minute walk from the property and Grandmas Corner for a good hearty breakfast! The Silver Salmon in Astoria had some of the best clam chowder and Salmon cakes we have ever had! There is even a herd of elk that pass through the dune ridge behind the condo occasionally!!!

Good location, very basic

We loved the proximity of this home to the beach and to Astoria. It was adequate yet fairly basic and we found it lacked some daily necessities. We'd stay here again if the cost was lowered to reflect what it had to offer. Great experience with Vacasa in terms of communication.

Comfortable & Quiet

Access and view of the ocean was terrific. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked for prepping, cooking and baking including cookbooks! Patio chairs and extra blankets for relaxing out in the patio. Quiet during our entire stay. Gearhart is close to Seaside but offers a much slower pace of vacation life! Walking distance to coffee, bakery and restaurants.
