Place was a very good location. Uber was fairly inexpensive to use. Walking possible if weather is good. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well stocked. LR was very small but fine for 4 people. Definitely an older place but worked fine for what we needed!

Loved the balcony that overlooks the river. The condo is in a great location, just 10 minutes from Broadway. Comfort and cleanliness with every amenity you need for a relaxing stay in Nashville. The beds were especially comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

First time in Nashville and definitely not our last! Stayed at this great condo and the host, Kim, was awesome and overally accommodating! The pictures are exactly how you will find this cute place! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and clean and the balcony had a scenic river view. Location was also pretty great, about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Thank you, Kim! Hope to stay at one of your rentals again soon!

We had a great stay! We were in Nashville to celebrate 2 big birthdays. The condo was equipped with everything and anything one would need.The location was within walking distance to Broadway, and if you dont want to walk, Uber and scooters are a quick ride away. Parking was convenient too. We enjoyed our stay and time in Nashville!

The condo was everything it was advertised to be. The back deck had stunning views of the Cumberland River, the location was quiet, and the beds were great. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of seating available in the living room as well as around the dining table. Didn’t have time to use the pool and exercise area. The owner was very nice — got to meet her as we were leaving. A bit far from tourist destinations to be considered walkable (especially for seniors) but easy for Ubers/Lyfts to find us.

We had a very nice stay. We were there for an event at Nissan Stadium which we could walk to. It was nice to avoid the traffic. There were 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms that made it nice for 2 couples. This condo was exactly as presented. Lovely two bedroom, two bath with nicely appointed kitchen! Perfect for two couples! This place had everything we needed…coffee, tea, comfy beds, fans, phone chargers, toiletries, iron and even a clothes steamer. We weren’t here for an event but if you were, this would be a great option! The location on the river provided a nice respite from the Broadway St party atmosphere. A nice 20 minute walk along the river and we could be at Broadway St or go in the other direction and be at Bicentennial Park and the Farmer’s Market Park. Great location as far we were concerned; Can't party every night! Host was responsive and even made arrangements for us to keep our bags on site until our flight left. Pics are views from the balcony. Great value; great choice!

Best place to stay in Nashville!

Everything about our stay was great! The condo was perfect for us, two couples. Kim really does stock the condo with just about anything you need. The pool was lovely and helped make this feel like a vacation. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Plenty of places to eat around the condo as well (Jonathan's was a group favorite!) This is the only place I will stay anytime we come to Nashville.
