By staying here with us we can recommend where to eat with the locals, hire a boat at the most competitive cost, show you the hidden places with the locals shop from finding the freshest baked bread to the best markets to the trattoria's where the Italian's dine away from the tourists or the very best bar's where the tastiest snacks keep coming with the drink's! If you need to hire a scooter or cycle, find the best hiking routes, or pathways around the lake for scenic walks we will point you in the right direction.

The residence offers the opportunity for a peaceful, relaxing stay yet close os enough to reach the amenities in the village from the park and pizza and just a short drive to the ferry stop.

The home is located in Ossuccio, an idyllic village providing the perfect base for rest and recuperation away from the tourist masses.
The residence is brand new, completed in 2017, offering a spacious and modern with quality fixtures and fittings at every time. Guests love cooling off in the pool and gazing at THAT view. It is little wonder we received so many requests to return. Outside there is a real local feel to the village. Meandering cobbled paths reminiscent of a past gone years yet close enough to reach the most touristy villages to explore the lake and further afield.

Ossuccio is home to one of our favourite parks for sunbathing and to enjoy delicious pasta and pizza where you can dine directly overlooking the famous island of Comacina or wine and dine on the island itself. There is a ferry and bus service from the neighbouring village of Lenno plus boat hire available for the more adventurous here in Ossuccio. Last but not least the annual firework display takes place on the island directly infant of the home every June, just another reason to book your lakeside table with us!
