Nicholas was an excellent host. The house was clean and appeared just as it was advertised. We were in town for a wedding. More than a few of us needed to use an iron and there didn’t seem to be one on the property. I sent Nick a message and he immediately responded. Within 30 minutes there was an iron waiting for us at the door. The only negative comment would be that the stairs on the first level had only a partial railing and a unique set of treads at the top. Very hard to explain, but we felt that it could be a bit dangerous and would never have children there. Now this would not stop me from renting again, but only adults. Great place, amazing host, right on the water! Everything you could ask for.

Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed here and we loved it. The convenience of the location is excellent. We can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to several businesses. The location is close enough to the boardwalk to walk if you want but far enough removed that there is quiet on the balcony of the bedrooms to enjoy the serene view without chaos.The place is clean and beautiful with gorgeous views from 2 of the bedrooms and the main level. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo.Property Host Nick was wonderful.The only thing that I was concerned with is after climbing the steps to the living area, it would be very easy for someone to trip or fall on the step entrance - need additional safety rails there by the sofa. Also, additional hand rails would be nice for older folks climbing the steps. Other than those 2 items - we loved it.

Great view!

Condo is very nice. The porches are great. There are a lot of stairs. I never found an iron and there was no hair dryer in master suite. Very clean and nice.

Great place

It is a very nice condo with everything that you need and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect walk out the door and the beach is right there. You have a great view of the beach from each floor. We had one small problem with the bathroom toilet and Nick was there to fix it .

The condo was great. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Only one thing- the mattress on the second floor (ocean front) was awful. Everything else was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations!

It was even better in person than we thought it would be! Clean, beautifully decorated, and having the view of the ocean and the beach just steps from the door was wonderful! Great communication with the owner, and he went above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave :)
