Nicholas was an excellent host. The house was clean and appeared just as it was advertised. We were in town for a wedding. More than a few of us needed to use an iron and there didn’t seem to be one on the property. I sent Nick a message and he immediately responded. Within 30 minutes there was an iron waiting for us at the door. The only negative comment would be that the stairs on the first level had only a partial railing and a unique set of treads at the top. Very hard to explain, but we felt that it could be a bit dangerous and would never have children there. Now this would not stop me from renting again, but only adults. Great place, amazing host, right on the water! Everything you could ask for.

Vacation

This is the second year we have stayed here and we loved it. The convenience of the location is excellent. We can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to several businesses. The location is close enough to the boardwalk to walk if you want but far enough removed that there is quiet on the balcony of the bedrooms to enjoy the serene view without chaos.The place is clean and beautiful with gorgeous views from 2 of the bedrooms and the main level. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo.Property Host Nick was wonderful.The only thing that I was concerned with is after climbing the steps to the living area, it would be very easy for someone to trip or fall on the step entrance - need additional safety rails there by the sofa. Also, additional hand rails would be nice for older folks climbing the steps. Other than those 2 items - we loved it.

Great view!

Condo is very nice. The porches are great. There are a lot of stairs. I never found an iron and there was no hair dryer in master suite. Very clean and nice.

Great place

It is a very nice condo with everything that you need and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect walk out the door and the beach is right there. You have a great view of the beach from each floor. We had one small problem with the bathroom toilet and Nick was there to fix it .

Family Fun

The condo was great. Everything was so clean and it had everything we needed. Only one thing- the mattress on the second floor (ocean front) was awful. Everything else was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations!

It was even better in person than we thought it would be! Clean, beautifully decorated, and having the view of the ocean and the beach just steps from the door was wonderful! Great communication with the owner, and he went above and beyond. We didn’t want to leave :)

Great location, view, and unit

This was a really great condo for our family. We had 6 adults and two kids. The unit was recently updated and designed so nicely. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. There is a lot of stairs but you get used to it after a few times up and down. The beach access is right next to the building so you couldn't be any closer to the ocean. The boardwalk was a 12 minute walk away for restaurants and shopping. The only draw back we had to this condo is that the couch bed mattress was very uncomfortable with the springs and dirty so my kids had to sleep on the floor in their sleeping bags. Otherwise everything went great. We will definitely book here again.

In short, Awesome!

The location is amazing. The owners are very accessible, answer very quickly, and were extremely accommodating. The unit is lovely, but does have quite a few stairs (which didn't bother us at all). This was our second visit and we will definitely book this property again.

Great value

Great value for what we paid! Enjoyed the layout. Nice furnishings and we had everything we needed in the kitchen except a blender, but the host was quick to respond to our question about that, so it was no big deal to pack ours. The size of the rooms was perfect for our group and we loved having access to a balcony on all 3 levels. Liked the proximity to the beach access. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the stairs were difficult to navigate. The color of the wood made it a challenge to distinguish where the next step was, in addition to no railing at certain spots and the way the steps were cut in. If you are not “of a certain age,” this would be a wonderful place to spend a week at the beach!
