Unit scores very highly on all counts - beautiful oceanfront view, spacious deck, modern decor, well-equipped kitchen, smart TV, comfortable living area and beds, and a pool across the street. It’s also within easy walking distance of the Carolina Beach boardwalk, shops, bars, and restaurants. Finally, the rental fee was reasonable when compared to comparable properties in the area. All in all, we had a wonderful stay!

This property was perfect. The beach access was extraordinary and the rental was delightful-clean, welcoming and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful and we enjoyed the condo even when the weather kept us inside. The location is terrific. We walked to dinner and shopping. Parking was great.The entire experience was wonderful!

Amazing Place

We have been coming to Emily’s property for a week every summer for over a decade. My entire family looks forward to it all year long. The condo is so comfortable and clean. The ocean view from the deck is amazing. We left today and are already anticipating next years trip.

What a great find. This is the perfect location within steps of the beach and close to everything you need. The view from the deck is so relaxing you won’t want to leave. The beach in front of the unit is wide and not overly crowded. The condo is fully stocked with nothing left to want for. From a very well stocked kitchen including basics in the cupboard for cooking, to extension cords in the bedroom for your electronics, the host has thought of everything. The decor is tasteful and comfortable. There are detailed instructions for everything from the AC to the TV remote control so no frustration trying to figure out how to operate things. The unit was very clean and the entry procedure was seamless. The host even checked in with us to make sure we arrived and there wasn’t anything we needed. I highly recommend this unit and we’re already planning a return trip.

Awesome Place for a Getaway

Emily was a great host, great communication and even messaged us the next morning to see if we made it in and if we needed anything. Her condo has everything you need for just a one day stay to a week or more stay, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals (which we did allot of), the view from the balcony is amazing, all of the furniture is very comfortable, is within walking distance of several restaurants and the boardwalk. We were happy to make it our home for 8 days and are looking forward to next year renting from Emily again!! 10 out of 10 rating!

Another Great Stay!

This is our second stay at Beachfront Elm and won't be our last. The location is perfect: a very short walk to the boardwalk, but not in the commercial area and thick of things. The unit is spacious, clean, and extremely well stocked: I cook a lot and don't have half the items provided in this rental! The furniture is very comfortable, and the view - well, it's spectacular! The deck furniture is great - a table with four chairs plus two tall chairs. Perfect for sitting and enjoying the view and listening to the sound of waves crashing. The very nice owner checked with us to be sure we had everything we needed. This is an exceptional property :)

Exactly what you are looking for

This is a great place. It must have been recently updated because everything was nice, new and shiny. Nice kitchen with new appliances. The bathrooms were immaculate. Bedrooms were very comfortable. But the first thing you notice is the ocean and beach view from the living room and covered balcony. Absolutely stunning. Easy to find with great parking under the building. Short walk to the boardwalk and the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, well-equipped, great location right on the beach!

Fantastic weekend for our girls’ getaway. The view was amazing! The convenience of being right on the beach allowed us to pop in quickly to grab extra drinks, food or restroom beaks. And when the wind kicked up too much and the sand was flying, we simply moved to the pool and enjoyed it, too. We all slept wonderfully on great mattresses! The living room furniture was comfy, as well. The decor was nicely done, the appliances are newer and everything was very clean. We never went out to eat, except to grab a doughnut at Britt’s…a must have! The kitchen is well-equipped with quality cookware, cutlery, etc…all you could need. Two coffee pots, too. We enjoyed having dinner on the balcony and listening to the waves. It’s good for the soul. The communication was excellent with Emily. She seemed to really care about our trip and checked to make sure we were settled and had all we needed. She went above and beyond to make our weekend fabulous. I will definitely stay here again and give this rental a 10/10, hands down! Highly recommended! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Wonderful Experience

Property was clean and well maintained, great location with easy access to the beach and short walk to town attractions. Enjoyed ocean front view from balcony. Only negative was what sounded like someone running back and forth in the unit above various times throughout the day and night. This was a minor annoyance and didn't detract from our overall experience. We will definitely consider this for future stays.

An amazing stay at Beachfront ELM

We had an amazing stay at Beachfront ELM. The oceanfront view was breathtaking, the home was super clean, trendy and very well decorated. The private beach access was so close to the property that I let our 9-year-old run to our tent on the beach by herself. The Carolina beach boardwalk was within walking distance that we spent both our nights there for food and ride. In addition to the great view of the ocean, to our surprise, the sunrise from the balcony is nothing short of spectacular! Around 6:30 on Sunday morning, I saw my wife sitting on the balcony reading a book with illuminating sunrise over the ocean waves in the background, you can’t ask for a better picture than this. Emily was a great host, she checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we didn’t have any issues. Great vacation home!

This special happy place allows my husband and I relaxation and peace in a family oriented environment. I often tell him that his brain turns to jello when we cross the bridge onto the island. He agrees! (smile). My husband does tell me that I go into some sort of scary deep-cleaning voodoo trance when I arrive at our beach home. I agree, I can't help it! (smile).

We love the sound of the waves crashing against the shore, smelling the ocean air while walking on the beach...sipping a morning cup of coffee and watching the sun rise over the big Atlantic Ocean!! Watching the dolphins play in the water isn't too bad either. Love it!!

Oceanfront! Oceanfront! As soon as I walked into this condo, I knew this would be our “home away from home”. As soon as you walk in all you see is the Atlantic Ocean through a 9 ft. wide glass door that enhances the view allowing for a very open sense of space. The main living area (kitchen and living room) are in this space. A few steps further, walk out onto the large covered oceanfront deck, which is like another room, to enjoy completely unobstructed views and soothing sounds of the ocean. And wow, what a breath taking view!! Stepping through the glass door, you can relax and lounge on the covered deck when it's sunny, rainy, or breezy!! Doesn’t matter what the weather is. **Covered decks are a great benefit!!**
