No noise from 11:30 pm to 7 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. In case of damage, guests pay all costs. No unregistered guests in the apartment. Read house rules.
It is forbidden to sleep on the corner sofa without the permission of the host. Before checking out, take the trash out of the apartment.
Turn off a/c units, and close the windows when you leave the apartment. The apartment owner is not responsible for any kind of injury and your damage.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Apartment. Everything was clean and our host Teo was very welcoming.One minor criticism is, that the apartment is next to a highway,but thanks to the modern windows that's not a problem inside the house.

A beautiful coastline to explore

I always say you can tell if a place is going to be immaculately maintained by the sharpness of the kitchen knives! And they were in abundance here. Needless to say the rest of the apartment was well appointed and spotlessly clean and a wonderful place to spend a week. Teo, the host, really does do everything he can to make you welcome and settled. We had to shorten out stay and Teo went well above and beyond to help us out. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful location for our trip to Split

This apartment was very clean and the owner very helpful. This site is perfect for a family. All commodities are included.

The best host and apartment of our trip!

Apartment Mendy was perfect for our needs. From the moment we arrived, Teo made us feel welcome and comfortable and did everything he could to make sure we were taken care of. Meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment is well appointed with careful attention to everything a guest might need. Highly recommend!

Excellent holiday in Appartment Mendy

We had an excellent holiday in Apartment Mendy. Teo is a very welcoming and helpful host. The appartment is very clean, well equipped and spacious. It is located near a bus and train stop for Split and Trogir. We would definitely recommend it for family holiday.

Teo es un gran anfitrión que pretende que sus huéspedes se sientan cómodos en su propiedad. Al llegar a su apartamento nos encontramos agua fría, naranjada y cervezas en la nevera y helados en el congelador. Además nos proporciono café, té, azúcar, sal, aceite, vinagre, jabón para lavavajillas y lavadora, en general, todas esas cosas que se gastan todos los días en pequeñas cantidades y que no llevas normalmente de viaje. Incluso un kit antimosquitos. Diariamente nos facilitaba información de eventos culturales festivos en la zona por si podían ser de nuestro interés. Su apartamento está situado junto a la carretera que une Split con Trogir. Es la planta baja de una casa con jardín. Dispone de una mesa exterior, zona para hacer barbacoa y un solarium con vistas a la bahía. Las vistas desde el interior del apartamento dan al jardín que rodea la casa. Teo vive en la planta superior. El apartamento dispone de una habitación con cama de matrimonio, otra con tres camas individuales, una salita-cuarto de juegos, donde se puede instalar otra cama individual y un salón-cocina. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para cocinar y comer. Dos cuartos de baño con ducha. Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor.

A nice, clean and beautiful apartment!

We have a very plesant stay in Kroatië. Kastela Sucerac is a nice place where you can buy everything you need. There is a very good bakery, two nice places for swimming and lovely terraces under the trees with sea view. The owner is very helpfull! Thank you very much Teo. With a candy, drink and fruit you will be warmly welcomed.

Great host and beautiful appartment

We had a very good stay in Teo's appartment. The appartment is well located between Trogir, Split and the airport. The supermarket is 2 min away. The host is very helpful and gives a lot od advices on places to visit. It was a very nice trip and Croatia is a beautiful country to visit!
