Florence in June

This property is in a great location. It is 4 stories high with no elevator- be ready! The stay was not luxurious and very basic sheets and pillows. The master bedroom bathroom was decent, but the hall one was super tiny. The most disappointing part was that the air did not work the first 24 hours in 90 heat. They sent a maintenance worker and then we had to drain the leaking unit every few hours. There was a coffee percolator but no machine. It was a decent stay after the air was fixed and we made due with the small bathroom.

Location location location !!

You could not find a more perfect location to enjoy Florence - waking from everything but not on central square so you can get a good night sleep and make the most of everyday. Spacious , clean, comfortable accommodations - excellent internet and again the most fantastic spot - near duomo, ponte vecchio, restaurants and more

Over priced for bare minimum accommodations

No air conditioning, misrepresented accommodations, college dormitory-like bedding and furniture. The property company should be ashamed. Do not recommend.

Heart of Florence

Our family of 6 (age range 4-48) stayed here in Florence and it couldn’t have been more convenient. It was a relatively quick/easy walk from Firenze S. M. train station and in the heart of the Renaissance walk around Florence. Management was very communicative and accessible. FYI you must walk up flights of stairs to access (we were perfectly fine with it)

Great location

The apartment is well located to walk to all the areas we wanted to see, shopping at the leather market, "the bridge", restaurants, sites, could walk from and to train station, etc. Good communication on meeting for entry and tax payment.

A very noisy place

We didnt sleep because it was very noisy the whole(!)night. Rooms are not very cozy... apartment doesnt have a dishwasher, to find a supermarket was not so easy. check-in was ok.

The property was clean and the area around the property is wonderful. The reason for the lower rating was the communication and attentiveness from the property manager/owner. The person checking us in was in a hurry was not friendly (like we were putting him out). The air conditioner did not work, bed was uncomfortable, the sheets/blankets were minimal and the furniture was shabby. Not really enjoyable.

Needs Improvement

Overall, we were disappointed with this rental. To start with the positives, it is in a wonderful location right next to the luxury shopping district and easily walkable to all of the main attractions in Florence. Additionally, the apartment is very large and has lots of natural light. Unfortunately, upon our arrival the apartment smelled intensely of cigarette smoke and stayed that way the entire time - to the point our clothing still smelled like it at the end of our two week trip (and this was our first stop). The worst aspect, however, was the furniture. The mattresses and pillows were awful and made it near impossible to have a decent nights sleep (pillows maybe one inch thick, mattresses thin and hard). The couch seemed very dirty and old. Overall disappointed and we would not stay here again unless the furniture was updated and the smoke smell was resolved, hence the three star rating.

Four days in florence

The apartment is in a great location. I couldn’t get the key to work and he came over immediately to help it was my fault. So the customer service is great. We would stay again.

Séjour à Florence

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement et sa grandeur. Avis:Plusieurs étages à monter avec vos valises, sans ascenseur. Le propreté du l'appartement laisse à désirer. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière partout dans les pièces, au-dessus des portes et les planchers n'étaient pas propres. Un bon nettoyage s'impose. À part ce point négatif, le reste était très bien.

The apartment is in a great location, and is spacious with lots of windows and light. However was not clean, dirty dishes and cutlery in drawers/ cupboards, floors were dirty There is no equipment to clean dishes such as detergent, wipes, cloths, brushes or tea towells. The process to ask about these was a little bit tedious and then were advised to buy our own. Not really acceptable for the price and this was not disclosed There were dirty dishes and cutlery put back into drawers and the floors were dirty This definitely tainted our stay as a family of five it was not practical to not be able to clean dishes and it felt like they probably aren’t clean anyway!

Perfect location!

It's in a quieter part of the historic district, so we were able to get a decent night's sleep. Plenty of room to stretch out. I would stay there again!

Perfect for our group of 3!

It is within walking distance from the train station, although a long walk when dragging a suitcase! Otherwise, perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go while staying there. One drawback is the dark, narrow stairs as it is on the third floor. Be prepared for that if you are carrying a large suitcase! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our group of 3 women trying to get ready at the same time. There is also a drying rack provided to hang clothes if you chose to use the washing machine.

Great location but needs work

The location is fabulous and very convenient. The apartment needs work. The bathrooms have moldy showers and the ceiling and all in the master bath appear to have had an issue in the past that has been repaired but not redone. The stairway leading to the apartment is filthy. The layout is not as indicated-one room shows 3 twins, but the 3rd is a trundle with rickety wood slats and a dirty 1' pad. The bed cannot be comfortably slept in. There are no wine glasses (in Italy o less) and very few drinking glasses. Sink leaked all over floor, but did get repaired. Place was in some disarray for a few days during repair. Great location, overall disappointment. Needs attention.

Desajustes de horario

En general todo muy bien excepto el check-in, que nos retrasamos un poco, primera vez en la ciudad y andábamos medio perdidos y nos dejó y se fue a atender otro asunto. Por lo que tuvimos que esperar en la calle un buen rato
