We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. It did get loud at night as there is a bar across the street. The bedrooms are in the back so it didn’t bother me, but my daughter slept on the sofa and it was loud for her.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and shopping. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the nighttime noise from the nearby bar, over which unfortunately we do not have power. As you mentioned, the bedrooms are positioned toward the back of the apartment to help minimize sound, but we understand it may affect guests sleeping in the living area. The best part of this listing was the location! Very central and accessible but at the same time farther away from the business of the duomo and closer to more local areas. The apartment and bathroom is good for what it is. The bathroom is are VERY small. The rooms are good, beds could be more comfortable and pillows should be replaced soon. Wish the check in process was easier, and more transparency about the extra 6 euro per person per day fee on the listing.

The bathroom space, bed comfort, and pillows are noted and will be reviewed for improvements. The tourist tax is communicated before booking and also sent again by us in the chat as a reminder, to ensure full transparency. It is a mandatory local tax requested by the government.

The location was amazing but if you’re looking for comfort and convenience when it comes to sleeping well and having space to do your make up and shower comfortably, think again. This was one of the most uncomfortable beds (spring mattress). There was no bathroom vanity space, bathrooms and showers themselves were tiny. That’s too bad because I loved the rooms and cabinets in bedrooms that were super helpful.

Fantastic location - apartment came just as described, clean and modern. A short walk from great dining and shopping, thank you! Highly recommend Acqua Al 2 just on the first floor of the building, they had some lovely cuisine!

Location of the property was excellent! Very convenient and walkable to most of the tourist spots. The bathrooms where very small and somewhat awkward, but they got the job done. The only thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. The appartment definitely needed a floor mopping and the shower had mold. But overall the property met the needs of our family of 4.

The property is located in a great location which allowed us to walk around and explore Florence on foot easily. We found the street below the actual residence to be very quiet at night. The place was clean and there was air conditioning in each room. There are two full washrooms but they are very small and tight. We would definitely stay again!

Glad to have booked it.

Great location, not in the busy areas where it’s crowded, but not far either. Very comfortable for a family of 5 and possibly even 6 if you don’t mind sharing double beds (2 double and 2 single). We were very happy we booked this.

Well located apartment which met our requirements

This is a central apartment close to lots of lovely restaurants and the Duomo. We had a problem free stay and recommend it.

Great time in Florence

The apartment was great. It was in a great location. It was an easy walk to the Duomo, and The Uffici Gallery. We walked to and from the train station within about 20-25 minutes. The size of the apartment was big enougg for my family of adult kids and me and my wife, 5 in all. It had all the amenities we needed. I would recomend it.

Fabulous apartment

This is a great apartment. The location is terrific - right near the Bargello in the old centre of Florence. It is really modern inside, the kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous. It was really comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. The check-in process was also very smooth. Highly recommended - we had a great stay.

Wonderful Stay in Florence

GREAT location, easy to check-in. Bathrooms were TINY and Showers even smaller, but helped that it was only 1 floor up. There was lots of noisy street activity late at night (if you were using the sofa bed) but bedrooms were in the back and unaffected.

Great Location!

It was a great location and the check in was smooth! The apartment was ready earlier than check in time which was amazing! The apartment it self was cozy but manageable in the bedrooms and main area. The bathrooms were a lot smaller than anticipated. It made it very difficult to shower comfortably or even use the bathroom. The AC was not working in one of the bedrooms and they did provide a number to contact to come out and fix it but we did not want to deal with it since it was not that hot. Overall good stay but too cozy for us.

Heart of Florence

Very well located, easy walk to all attractions, restaurants, compact and better for 4 people than 5 people but workable as bedrooms are generous to store luggage. Well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms worked very well. Thank you.
