Beach long weekend

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is very comfortably decoration and had all the kitchen essentials we needed for the meals we prepared at home. The pool was perfect for our kids (ages 4-7), and we very much enjoyed our adventures on the golf cart. Would absolutely return to this home - have it earmarked for future trips!

awesome place

This is a fabulous place that we will recommend to others. However, it would be great if they had a welcome/starter kit that included coffee filters, dish soap for kitchen, soap and shampoo for bathrooms.

Loved our stay at 235 Scrub Oak! 6 adults and 2 children and perfect set up for everyone! Easy bike ride or walk to Watercolor Inn and the beach. Short walk to the Frog Pool which was fun for the kiddos. Enjoyed a great family vacation!!

Great house

Great house. We had plenty of room. Had all items needed plus had games and movies, we didn’t use any but nice to have in case of a rainy day. Disappointed pool heater was broken and could not be fixed during our stay. Would have been nice to had been notified or reimbursed. Still highly recommend and will look to stay again.

November 2021 Stay

You will be charmed by the house on Scrub Oak. Tucked into a leafy neighborhood, it is beautifully decorated. The modern kitchen opens into a large dining area and comfortable seating around a gas fireplace. There are 2 screened porches, both over looking the private back yard with pool and hot tub. With one bedroom with on the main floor and three on the second floor, each with its own bath, you will find all you need to enjoy a perfect vacation. Walking paths, bikes and golf cart, this place has it all!! We loved our time here and hope to return.

December 2019 Stay

Our entire family met here from all different parts of the Country for a New Year’s Eve celebration - 6 adults/3 Kids. My daughter has been coming to WaterColor every summer. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and the location is great. It was clean upon arrival and had the all comforts we could need during our stay. The fireplace was amazing and we spent time working a puzzle on the large table in the family room. The pool and golf cart were wonderful amenities - when they were working, both were not upon arrival. Notes: - The bedroom downstairs does not have a closet. - The toilets in all the rooms upstairs needed to be plunged a lot. - The fireplace was not working upon arrival. - The pool/hot tub can only be heated to the same temp so it is really just a pool. We couldn’t control turning off the jets/ lights so it ran constantly which was inconvenient. - Golf Cart was not working and the replacement one provided broke down in Seaside. - The is no Big Green Egg like mentioned in the listing.

We absolutely understand how frustrating it can be to run into issues while on vacation but we appreciate you allowing our team to come out and fix the fireplace. We apologize that the replacement golf cart we provided also broke down when you were in Seaside and we are working on fixing the original house golf cart. December 2019 Stay

The house was perfect for our family to get together for Christmas!! We liked that the living room, kitchen and dining room were all open to each other, the pool was so relaxing and the golf cart was great to have and took us any where we wanted to go! There are trails right behind the house which we were on daily and it was a quick bike ride to Watercolor beach club and Seaside. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and especially the Kitchen for our holiday meals! This home will always be a part of our Christmas holiday together and we will be back!!

Our entire family of 7 adults stayed at this home while we were here for a wedding. The house was perfect, we loved having the golf cart and bicycles. While it was too cold to use any of the pools, we enjoyed having the fireplace in the living room to gather around. We would definitely rent this home again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Scrub Oak! This is our 4th annual family vacation to Watercolor and this close to being our favorite house. It was very comfortable and family friendly. We loved the totally open floor plan for the dining table, kitchen and family living area. This area was adjacent to the screened porch which opened directly to the pool! This really made for a super easy and convenient living space for the entire family. we LOVeD that the house had its own golf cart so one less thing to reserve. We used it a lot to go to the beach at WC and the new lazy river pool. Overall it was an excellent vacation home and it might be our first repeat house at WC. Things to note when renting the house— the kitchen is a gallery kitchen so can seem a bit small. Also although there are 4 very nice bedrooms ( the master is very nice with its own screened porch ) , however the downstairs bedroom is really meant to be a living space as there is no closet and the bathroom is very small. Recommend this stay!

Thank you 360 Blue and the homeowners of "The Cottage on Scrub Oak" for an amazing vacation. We had our entire family of 2 children with spouses and a 1 year old grandchild. The home was wonderful as we all enjoyed the pool but the most important was the golf cart and the bicycles. So conveniently located to everything you would need. We also enjoyed the lazy river and all the other amenities that were available. 360 Blue was so easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. Thanks again for a great family vacation.

Our extended family stayed in Watercolor at the Cottage on Scrub Oak Circle. The house was perfect and the pool the perfect size for our little ones. 360 Blue was on top of EVERYTHING and made our stay perfect. We are already planning on our return next year!

Our family had the best time at this cottage! The house was beautiful and cozy and well appointed. Our favorite part of the property was the screened in porches and the heated pool. Our kids loved swimming and it was nice that they could swim while we ate dinner outside. The location is my favorite in Watercolor - - a peaceful and quiet neighborhood right next to the beautiful wooded bike paths and just a quick bike ride to the beach over the boathouse bridge. The golf cart was great to have for trips to the grocery store and the beach. Thanks for another wonderful week!

We had a last minute stay after the New Year with our kids and loved everything about the house. The heated private pool and golf cart were definitely perks however loved just hopping on bikes to get to the beach. We would love to come back to Scrub Oak Circle!

Hudson's would love to return when the development is operating at 100%. lack of pools and the beach made our stay less than ideal. 360 was a pleasure to work with and communicated well with us. love your app and enjoyed our house.
