This charming little house is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Sóller, thanks to its excellent morning sun exposure and its proximity to the main square, just a 5-minute walk away.

The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the area of Cas Panerers. Access is pedestrian only, ensuring a peaceful, traffic-free environment (it is not possible to reach the house by car or park directly nearby). However, a parking area can be found just a 5-minute walk from the property.

The house offers 90 m² distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cozy entrance area currently used as a living room with a pellet stove, as well as a guest toilet. Going down a couple of steps, you reach a comfortable TV lounge. A few steps up from the entrance lead to the kitchen. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.

The garden is located directly in front of the house, just across a small pedestrian path (only a few steps away). It is an ideal space for sunbathing or enjoying outdoor dinners during warm summer evenings. The laundry area is also located here.

The house is set on a traffic-free street, making it the perfect place to enjoy peaceful holidays while still being close to the town center.A perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday without being too far from the city center.


*** Important information ***

Sóller has implemented a Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the town center. To access the area by car, a municipal authorization is required, unless the vehicle is zero-emission.
The authorization allows circulation only (for example, to unload luggage), but it does NOT permit parking in the town center.
The authorization can be requested up to a maximum of 72 hours after entering the zone.
For parking, the Town Hall has provided public parking areas on the outskirts of the municipality, located approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the center.
Before your arrival, we will provide you with further information on how to obtain the required authorization.

We had a wonderful stay! The instructions to find the place were very clear and helpful. The house was super cosy and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the city center. Clean, well stocked kitchen, warm stove, and delicious fresh oranges upon our arrival! Would happily come again :)

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was beautiful and in a lovely area, just a short walk to the town centre and very quiet with lots of great views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine which we made good use of during our stay. The private garden was very pretty and a nice place to eat breakfast or have a glass of wine. The Xisca team left really clear instructions for everything, including easy to follow directions to the property which were much appreciated. Overall we were really impressed! Would recommend this to others looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed it, the house was in a quite nighbourhood, really clean, neat and had a nice garden which we could enjoy. Also the interior design looks really nice and cosy. Parking around could be a little challenge, but from the house you are in the citycenter within minutes.

Nice house in the center of Sóller

We had a wonderful time at the house in Sóller and didn’t miss a thing. The amenities are excellent, and thanks to the pellet stove, it was always comfortably warm. The beds are outstanding—we slept exceptionally well. We loved being so close to the center while still having our own peaceful retreat. The beautifully landscaped garden was another highlight. Great New Year break

This is the second time we've stayed in this accommodation for New Year in Soller. The house is really equipped and in a great location, near to the centre but still very peaceful.When we arrived the pelllet stove was on so depsite the time of year it felt really cosy and welcoming. The little garden across the way is lovely, overlooking the water, and I would imagine that during the warmer months this would be a great place to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was a great way to see in the New Year

Cozy house in a beautiful rural setting with fabulous views .

Lovingly restored rural property, stylish and modern but retains many original features. Very well equipped and comfortable dining kitchen for when it’s too chilly to sit outside. Very well maintained outdoor space with fabulous views towards the mountains. Would highly recommend.

Everything you could need for a trip abroad!

We very much enjoyed our time at this property in Soller. Beautiful house in a beautiful location of Mallorca. The property was super clean and had a high level of intention to detail. Fantastic Home in Sóller

we loved the little house. it is perfect for couples or a small family. the home is located a bit outside of the center, but everything is easily in walking distance. the garden was a pleasent surprise. Xisca, the landlord, was very responsive and managed our check-in perfectly.

Charming Quiet and Characterful

The property is fantastic! It is very well equipped and a great location - not too far from the main part of Soller but very quiet. It is very stylish and we really enjoyed using the garden. The only one small negative was the garden furniture which was a little uncomfortable. I would most certainly return!

Our Time in Soller

We loved our stay in Soller. The home is a bit off the beaten track, located on a beautiful street bursting with flowers and citrus trees. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go in town. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and we loved its decor. Soller is friendly and vibrant. It was the perfect home for a cycling adventure. Great hideaway close to everything

This hidden away house is a real gem. The neighbourhood makes it feel like we are in a country setting, but it’s just a short walk away from the centre of town and the best gelato I’ve ever had. This charming house was perfect for a couple with everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. We especially appreciated having laundry! Self check-in was easy and contactless. There was a minor and avoided hiccup with the information provided, but communication was amazing.
