The house is situated in a serene, wooded neighborhood and was just perfect for our group. The Property Manager did a wonderful job answering our questions. I recommend this home.

Great communication through the process with the property manager! The house is immaculate and gorgeous. The photos don’t do it justice! One thing I didn’t realize is that they provide a variety of floating devices (e.g., noodles, lily pad). We could have saved packing space if we knew. The only drawback to the property is we wish the steps to the lake were better maintained because it’s a long walk down and an even longer back up!

Our family has stayed in this neighborhood on four different occasions, and this property was hands-down the best by far! We have never stayed in such a lovely, well-appointed home. The kitchen is better stocked than my own! The fact that there is an available golf cart is a bonus as the steps down to the dock are numerous. When we return to the area, we will definitely look to book this home again!

Amazing Vacation Destination

Norris Lake was the mountain lake vacation destination we have been dreaming of. The location of the house is a perfect spot on the lake. This house is setup high from the water, but the golf carts make it easy to get up and down to the dock. The dock area is great with the water slide and room for 2 boats and 2 wave runners. Also a great place to float after a day on the lake. The house had everything we needed and we loved how there were areas of the house for kids to do their thing and the adults to do their thing. The response time from the host was rapid and any minor issues were corrected way faster than expected. I highly recommend this vacation house for a fantastic vacation on the lake.

Perfect stay!

Second time for our large family gathering at this amazing place. It is incredibly well-stocked, comfortable and beautifully accommodates our large family group. Communication with the host is always quick -- couldn't ask for a better place!

Thanksgiving Treat

Family from Louisiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania met at Comfort Life for a grand Thanksgiving celebration, Nice chilly weather, beautiful home, excellent amenities. Loved the kitchen. Bedrooms, bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Had a little trouble finding the rental. NEED to follow directions carefully, Cabin had excellent WiFi, but phone service was spotty.

The property exceeding all expectations and then some! The location could not have been any better and house was very spacious and slept comfortably the 14 of us that came. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Week Long Family Fun

House held a large family for a week long vacation at Norris Lake. Good access to the water with our own 2-story deck with a slide and jumping area. Everyone was pleased with the house. Grocery store is 10 min away. Popular bridge to jump off is a 5 min boat ride down the cove. Would stay here again.

Great Place for a big group of friends.

Friends and i have been coming to Norris Lake for 5 years and this was one of the best places we've stayed. The golf cart was very helpful. Great location to severao fun marinas.

Great house for large group

The house was perfect for our family reunion of 20 people. There was a place for all of us to sit and eat meals together and the kitchen, with the double fridge and double oven, allowed us to cook large meals easily. We enjoyed the quiet location, the fire pit, the kayaks on the dock, and the hot tub. In the summer, there would be even more to do in the water. The house was clean and the hosts communicated well.

Perfect for large families

We had around 20 people staying at Comfort Life where we had a Family Reunion Thanksgiving. We ordered prepared holiday meals from Food City (20 min. drive), and everything we needed for our meals and to heat up our meals was provided in CL's kitchen. Having 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators was such a blessing! We also loved how each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The cornhole and hot tub and grill were wonderful to use too. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't supplied. We did have to go grab more toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher packets, but that's normal for VRBO stays. There was plenty of room to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped. And, plenty of seats for all of us at the dining room table/island area. It's a great place for a large family getaway.

Great Lake weekend getaway

House is as advertised and all the amenities are great. Golf cart is clutch if you have younger travelers because it is a bit ways down the stairs to the dock. Had the best time swimming and jumping off the upper deck of the platform. Great spot.

Great family get-away

This house was a perfect location for our family to enjoy our first lake trip as a group. Having enough bathrooms, large open main floor plan and a dock the children can play all day on. We will cherish these memories forever!

Family Fun

The house was perfect for our group of 16. The 2 dishwashers and ovens came in handy with cooking and clean up. We were very happy with how well stocked the kitchen was, had more than enough plates and silverware. Sadly, we had some rainy days but the house was big enough for different groups to play games, watch tv and sit outside. We greatly appreciated the use of the golf cart because the stairs were a challenge for one of our siblings and a work out for the rest of us. The ice machine was a hit to fill up coolers and cups.

Truly the “Comfort Life”

This home was beautiful and so well equipped for a big group of people of all ages. The ice machine was a lifesaver! The owners were very communicative, and the local representative was helpful. The trip down to the lake was a little more rugged than I expected, but the golf cart helped a lot. It was a beautiful and peaceful setting that our family enjoyed. Would definitely recommend renting a boat from one of the nearby marinas. The lake is huge and so much to see!

Beautiful, well equipped property

A group of 6 couples booked Comfort Life for a spring marriage retreat, and it was the absolute perfect setting! The home was beautiful and remarkably well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone at the huge dining area and anything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful fire pit and pingpong table. The best part was how responsive the hosts were, though. Mary Beth really went to some trouble to make us feel welcome. Thank you!

Beautiful place for our family Christmas!

This was the perfect place for our family Christmas gathering--even beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had four families (multigenerational) in our party and we were all thrilled with the accommodations. The house is very well appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with absolutely everything we could need. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, even in winter. We would definitely choose this one again!
