The Urban Oasis on the Southside

This is a new construction 08/20.The Southside is AWESOME if you like local businesses. Its is within walking distance to nightlife, local restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, cheese shop, Taquaria's , a crepe shop, shopping and bike share. Its very easy to grab a bike and explore our wonderful city. Urban Oasis provides 2 nice rooftop decks with views of downtown and Lookout Mountain. Chattanooga is famous for its gig speed internet. Catch the free electric shuttle bus located at the Choo Choo and explore the city without pedaling.

Great Accomodations, great location!

This property was very conveniently located to downtown Chattanooga and was very spacious! Nice neighborhood and atmosphere! I definitely recommend this place for your next visit!!

Good location

The property was just as listed. Driving up to it the first time we were a little worried about the neighborhood but after having a walk around the area it wasn’t bad. The location is walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and even a few family playgrounds and we really liked that. The house itself looks just like the pictures. It’s very modern and open with all the cooking utensils you would need for cooking. The only issue was the location is right next to the train track which runs all throughout the night. I’m a heavy sleeper and didn’t mind too much but it woke the kids up a few times

Beautiful home & great location

This was perfect for us! There was a group of us in town for a race. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable and in a great location within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Chattanooga. Plenty of parking too!

Enjoyed our stay

Home was clean and close to downtown areas. Some observations, need a king size bed in master bedroom and the closet was used for owner space so there was no place to hang clothes. The home is beside railroad so you need some noise cancellation. They apparently add and remove carts all day and night. This is a developing area and there were tons of places to eat close by.

Newer up to date clean town house. Very nice and cozy. Close to downtown with lots of options close by with things to do.

Noisy

The property was very nice. However if you want to sleep this is NOT the place to stay. The property is located right next to a train track and the trains come and go ALL THRU the night. They were very loud which caused us not to get much sleep. But the property was nice.
