Great location

Stayed at this apartment for five weeks in March /April . The apt had everything we required and was very secure the location was perfect with a short walk into arroyo one way and through the beautiful paloma park to the beach the other way With the added bonus of a mercadona around the corner. It is close to all public transport and we hope we can return soon.

Absolute Heaven

Well, the only reason I've given this accommodation 5 stars is that there is no option for 6 or 7 !! From the moment we were met at the entrance of this apt to the moment we left was just pure luxury. It has everything you could possibly need including a fresh coffee machine, Sky TV, and what most places don't have - a decent set of sharp knives. It was SPOTLESSLY clean. The location was ideal - a short walk to either the town of Benalmadena one way, the seafront with all the restaurants another and yet another short walk to Bonanza Square with ALL the bars & restuarants you could want another way. also include and much appreciated was a welcome pack consisting of nearly a full of shop of all you would need including a decent bottle of red wine. All in all a great place and a great holiday.

Lovely location

We liked everything about the place . However,there is no seaview if this is a requirement for you. Nous avons aimé l'endroit . Cependant, vous ne voyez pas la mer si cela est indispensable pour vous. Nosotros hemos gustado todo. El apartamento estaba muy limpio. Sin embargo, no hay vista al mar si sea importante por Uds.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Benalmadena verbracht. Sehr gute Ferienwohnung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Bei Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung fanden wir einen prall gefüllten Obstkorb, Brot, Käse, Saft und eine Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk vor. Wir hatten uns sehr darüber gefreut. Die Ferienwohnung ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten vom tollen Sandstrand von Benalmadena entfernt. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

First class holiday 100% recommended

Just returned from a 12 night holiday in Arroyo De La Miel with my family. Accommodation was excellent. The welcome pack was such a lovely gesture and the toiletries were a lovely touch. Leticia met us at the property and showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The location is fantastic it’s right in the town Centre and there is so much to do there. The supermarket Mercadona across the road is very handy. There is also a bus stop right outside which is so convenient, you can also walk up to the train station which is 10 minutes away. A must is a walk down to the marina..... all I can say is it’s outstanding!! Great communications with Juan and Elana. The whole process was a pleasure and we would return in a heartbeat. Great apartment, great location

The apartment did not disappoint. It was clean and spacious and the pool area is very well tended. Juan and Elena were in constant contact for any queries leading up to arrival and a very special mention to Leticia. Leticia organises check in and departure and was really helpful and attentive. The welcome pack provided, including a bottle of wine was thoughtful and appreciated. The location is great for exploring the local area. Paloma park and and Selwo Marina are just minutes away while it is also possible to walk to Tivoli World. There are bus stops just a few minutes walk away with buses running to Torremolinos via Benalmadena’s sea front or heading the other way you can take a bus to the beautiful picturesque village of Mijas. There is a supermarket just a few hundred yards from the apartment which is very convenient for getting supplies. The main area of Arroyo is a just a short walk where you can find the train station ( great for getting to and from the airport) and good value restaurants and taps bars. This apartment was everything you would hope for and was a great base to explore the area. Juan, Elena and Leticia were great and always on hand to help. If I’m heading back to this area I would definitely look to stay here again.

This was perfect!

When I come back to Benalmadena, this is the appartment I want to be in. It was perfect! It was clean, nice location nearby supermarket and a short walk to the beach trough a beautiful park. Loved to stay here, so thanks Juan and Elena and aspecially Leticia for being there for us!

Excelente apartamento, bien ubicado pero alejado del ruido

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y no le falta detalle: es cómodo, está bien equipado y el mobiliario y enseres han sido renovados hace poco. La ubicación es estupenda: está a unos 15 minutos andando de la playa, en línea recta, pero afortunadamente sin el ruido propio de los paseos marítimos. Preguntad por sitios donde comer: los propietarios nos recomendaron sitios estupendos (si vais, no os perdáis "Los Mellizos" de la calle Pacharán).

lovely apartment , very clean & spacious

great location, everything you need is in the apartment & there was toilet roll, washing liquid, shampoo etc which was great for us girls. the welcome food & drinks was very nice and appreciated after a flight!! only one bad note was the sun didn't hit the garden until after 11am but it was warm till after 7pm so we had lots of sun time.
