Nice neighborhood, but you need to be aware that the street in front is under construction, and doesn't look like it will be finished soon. It was a very quiet street at night with no traffic because of construction, but the little table on the balcony isn't a great spot to sit over construction dust during the day.
All in all, we enoyed our stay here.
To reach the elevators you need to climb 20 stairs.
With 7 adults the space in the apartment was tight. We enjoyed sitting at the large table together, but that takes up the whole space of the living room when people are seated at the table. One bathroom is about the size of a postage stamp and has the world's smallest sink. There is one good sized bedroom and three very small bedrooms, too small for any luggage to fit in the room. Only the largest bedroom had a window. AC helped cool the others.
We liked the washer and dryer, but bring your own laundry detergent. The kitchen was adequate, but the only cooking staple in the cupboard is salt. A few cereal bowls would be a good addition.
The larger bathroom was nice, althought the shower head fell off in the bigger bathroom, and there was no
stopper to take a bath.
Guests are expected to take out the garbage, and walk a block to drop it off in a dumpster.
The metro and markets are not super close, but close enough. The landlord was flexible in meeting with us to help check-in and drop off luggage, and responsive to our questions.
