Enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Kitchen & family room are spacious and well stocked. Beds are comfortable and full bathrooms/private showers in each bedroom. Quick ride to Broadway Vanderbilt/Belmont nearby restaurants and bars.

Very clean and well appointed properly. Walking distance to a great brewery, a couple of restaurants, vintage/record store. Super close to East Nashville offerings and a short uber ride to downtown.

It was lovely. Had everything we needed, great location for us. Appreciated suggestions esp vintage store/bar down the street. Extensive and incredible collection of books and other music memorabilia.

Loved our weekend stay!

We loved our stay at Chris's home! Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the great room upstairs is spacious and comfortable. We had a great time looking at all the music posters and books. Chris was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and advice on how to get around Nashville. Highly recommend!

Excellent house with responsive host

Chris is a responsible property owner and owns this great house in Nashville. It is centrally located so we were able to visit most of Nashville's attractions in the long weekend. We would stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville. The house was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a great Vrb experience..

Amazing place

The property looks just like the pictures. Its a 3 story unit with a lot of stairs but a lovely home, very quite neighborhood. Its close to railroad tracks that has a train daily that stops for over an hour. Its near several bars and restaurants. I would love to stay there again. The host was pretty cool also

Good Place to stay close to Nashville Attractions

Private Bedrooms for 3 couples. Conveniently located to Uber anywhere. A few good spots to walk to. We would stay here again. Cool decor.

Worked out perfect for us! Size, amenities, location, parking, available Ubers, communication, and more was all great. Thank you to the host for allowing us to use his place as a home to explore Nashville for 4 days!

Fantastic time!

Chris’s property was fabulous, very clean convienent to Broadway. Chris communicated throughout our stay and problems he was prompt to response. Overall we had a fantastic 5 day stay and couldn’t be happier with the acc. Highly recommend staying at Chris lovely home!
