Cocoa Beach has been our family favorite vacation spot for over a decade! Living in the norther part of the US calls for a warm and sunny place to escape to during the winter months. We love sharing our home away from home with others looking for a place to relax and unwind, enjoy sunrises and sunsets and walks on the beach!

There is nothing like sun and sand to refresh, relax and unwind. The sunrises over the ocean are breathtaking and the sunsets over the Banana River, while watching dolphins play in their natural habitat are just a few of the things that drew us to this location!
