Nos ha gustado la casa, es amplia con habitaciones espaciosas y cuartos de baño modernos. En la parte superior tiene un comedor-salón con hermosas vistas al río Miño y al valle por donde discurre.El pequeño jardín y la piscina están bien cuidados.Mejoraría la casa con una decoración más actual y una buena iluminación

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, hell und äußerst gepflegt – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschön angelegte Garten mit dem herrlich sauberen Pool, der zum Entspannen und Erfrischen einlädt. Alles ist in einem Top-Zustand und liebevoll gepflegt.Ein absolutes Highlight war die Terrasse: Von dort aus genießt man eine traumhafte Aussicht, die jeden Morgen und Abend zu einem besonderen Erlebnis macht. Ob beim Frühstück in der Sonne oder beim gemütlichen Glas Wein am Abend – der Blick ist einfach unbezahlbar.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Séjour três agréable

La maison correspond largement à la description, et est même mieux que ce que nous espérions. Les 4 salles de bain sont neuves ce qui a été une belle surprise, l'agencement de la maison est três agreable, nous nous y somme senti très à l'aise. La piscine et le jardin sont três bien entretenu et un vrai plus. Enfin, les propriétaires sont três sympathiques et ont répondus à la moindre question. Vous pouvez la louer les yeux fermés.

Das Objekt entsprach weitgehend den Vorstellungen. Die Bäder sind alle neu gemacht und in top Zustand. Sauberkeit hätte, in den Küchenschränken besser sein können. Es gibt Optimierungsbedarf vor allem was die Lichtquellen in den Schlafzimmern betrifft und den modrigen Geruch in den Schlafzimmerschränken. Allgemein ist das Haus jedoch von der Aufteilung her, dem Garten mit Pool und Blick auf den Fluss ein tolles Objekt. In unserer Anwesenheit fanden im Ort Festivitäten statt, bei denen es wohl üblich ist bereits morgens und über den Tag verteilt zu böllern, was wir als störend empfunden haben..

Magnifica casa

La casa está muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario. La comunicación ha sido muy fluida. Sin duda volveríamos. Nuno y Teresa muy amables, nos dieron buenas indicaciones de cosas que ver y donde comer.

Fabulous views

We loved staying at this very large and comfortable house. The heated pool was great but the views from the terrace - and from the windows were even better! The owners are extremely helpful and friendly and we had a relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

Vacaciones en Vila Loibo

La piscina es maravillosa y la ubicación también. Puedes ir andando al pueblo y las vistas desde el comedor y la terraza son espectaculares. La pega es que no hay wc en planta y la que la cadena del wc de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba así que no pudimos utilizarlo. Los anfitriones son encantadores y la comunicación muy buena.

Vacaciones en Vila Loibo

La piscina es maravillosa y la ubicación de la casa también. Puedes ir caminando hasta el pueblo y la ecovia (camino peatonal junto al río) está justo enfrente. La pega es que no hay un wc en planta ( si estás en la cocina tienes que bajar un piso y si estás en la piscina subir y luego volver a bajar). Los anfitriones Teresa y Nuno son muy majos y están pendientes de todo.

Nice Big house with a stunning view

Très bon séjour. Accueil très sympathique de Thérèsa et Nuno, maison très agréable, surtout l’immense salon séjour avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes Portugaises et Espagnoles. Beaucoup d’activités possibles à proximité de la location. Merci à Theresa et Nuno pour leurs conseils

House of Loivo - Nice house, nice owners, nice town, good base to explore N Portugal and Galicia

The house is very nice. Upstairs is a very attractive feature of the house - kitchen and large open plan seating area with access to two different patios. Sit outside and enjoy the view, or eat outside. A wonderful picture window across one width of the house has a lovely view across the Minho into Spain, as do the two patios. All bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. A nice garden with lemons, grapes, apples, greengages, and walnut trees - as well as a pool. The owners were very welcoming, and the house is well equipped. The pool and garden are very nice and relaxing. The town of Vila Nova de Cerveira is very nice with many restaurants and public spaces. The Casa do Lau restaurant is a 2 minute walk and is very good. you can hire bicycles and cycle for up to 30km along a very nice green way that borders the Minho river. Overall the house, the location, and owners are highly recommended. We were very happy with our stay there
