Great place for the family.

Check-in was easy. Parking being on the same floor that we stayed on was super convenient!! Kids loved the slide and lazy river. Great place to stay for the family.

Beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay! The close beach with easy access, the lazy river with the slide, the indoor pool and hot tubs were excellent as we have a 4 year old with us. We had a couple of cold or rainy days and didn't lack for anything to keep our little one entertained. The teens able to stay entertained. Thank you!

Family Beach Vacation

The Phoenix West was a great place for our family to stay for our vacation. The lazy river, pool, indoor pool, and indoor hot tubs were enjoyed by all. It was very easy to get to the beach and there was plenty of space for us to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The security personnel were friendly and helpful. We loved staying on a low floor because it was quick to get to and from our floor/room. We also liked that we could park on the floor and walk right into our floor/room. It was easy to unload when we arrived and load when we departed.

Great time! Only a thing or two that wasn't 5 star.

We had a great stay. We called Brett-Robinson the day before since we would be arriving around midnight. We were told keys could be obtained at the front desk. Upon arrival, we found they close at 11:00. It created a bit of inconvenience to get through that situation. The unit had a very heavy smoke smell. So heavy it made your nose burn. By morning, it was fine. So, we think, possibly, the cleaning crew may have been smoking. The kids LOVED the slide and lazy river. Lots of fun!!! The pool is designed really well for kids with the way the depth runs. A little small, but still fun. The unit was EXTREMELY well equipped and the beds slept great! Overall good experience. Parking just outside the unit is a major plus!

Great family vacation

Wonderful place. Check in was smooth. Parking was tight and not always guaranteed a spot on your floor. This condo was clean and had everything for our stay. We had an issue with balcony door and wouldn’t open so we called and they said a work order would be placed and would likely be that evening. However they never came the entire trip. Luckily it opened but doesn’t lock. We spoke to manager upon check out and told them again about the issue. Plenty of space for family of 12. Actually more if you had 14. Easily sleep. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked. There is a neighborhood Walmart just a mile up the road. The lazy River pool and kiddie pool ect was great for the kids and adults especially when you need a break from the ocean. Plenty of security to ensure every guest was safe and no unwarranted activity or issues. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely consider staying here again.

Spacious luxury 🌴

Our family absolutely loved this spacious, beach location. The proximity to good restaurants in walking distance, parking garage access, wonderful pool with lazy river, beach volleyball nets close by, and many opportunities for family pictures make this VRBO excellent!

Gulf Shores Vacation

We had a wonderful time on our vacation at Brett Robertson Condo. The Condo was very clean, well stocked and roomy. Beautiful view of the ocean with dolphins almost every morning along with lovely sun rises and sunsets. The kids had tons of fun swimming in both indoor and outdoor pools along with visiting the close by Track for go carting fun. We even got there in time to go to The Shrimp Festival. We will certainly have to go back because there is so much more to do. Good times.
