VILLA ELIOS offers the comfort of 100m² inside and 45m² of the covered veranda, surrounded by 700m² of planted garden. The living room is divided into area relax with SKY TV and a mini BOSE sound system and a fully equipped kitchen. On the living room level, there is a double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom [tub shower]. Eight steps separate the living room level from the upper floor, where there are: the master bedroom, the bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom, this one equipped with a shower and washing machine.
