The cabin was very clean and the perfect layout for our extended family vacation. We liked that the primary bedroom is on the main floor with the other sleeping areas in the upper level. It is a very convenient location from all of the Okoboji activities. We didn't really have a need to communicate with the host once we got there, but the pre-check-in communication was good.

The cabin worked well for our family of 10. The loft was great for the grandkids play area as well as sleeping area. Plenty of seating in the living/dining area. Conveniently located and well maintained. Some type of shade for the patio would be appreciated as it was too hot to spend much time there. Would stay here again.

This was a nice house to stay in for the price. It does say all king beds but two in the house were queens. The rules seemed very strict when we got the instructions but it was fine once we got there.

Very nice clean cabin and accommodating for the 8 of us. It would be nice to have more directions on the security system and the steps on how to lock the doors etc. Maybe have some more bigger bowls for salads etc in the kitchen area, a few more supplies. Have some night lights also for night time.

We travel to this location every year for our multi-generational family vacation. We love the comfortable king-sized beds in each of the three bedrooms and the 2 queen beds in the loft. We had 6 adults and children ranging in age from 7-15. There were plenty of activities to do from swimming in the neighborhood pool, indoor or outdoor waterpark, bike riding, to playing wiffle ball in the big back yard. We did notice however, that the normally plush grass was very yellow and hard to walk on barefoot, in the entire neighborhood, which is different than in the past. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great time. It is posted that there are 2 king beds in the loft. They are queen and every uncomfortable. We also cooked a few meals and the oven door does not have a handle on it. The shower upstairs was not cleaned before we arrived. There was liguid soap or something on the shower walls. Overall it was a beautiful home. I just wish I would have gotten better sleep.
