ローマで最も美しく安全な住宅地（モンテベルデ）にある、新しく改装された素敵なアパート。 コロシアムへの短い路面電車旅行ですが、市内最大の公園から徒歩わずか数分です。 快適な1階の1ベッドルームのフラットは家具が完備されており、小さな家族、一緒に旅行する友人、ソロアドベンチャー、カップル、絶望的なロマンティックに対応しています。 ローマの無数の古代遺跡や博物館への優れた交通機関のリンク。 フィウミチーノ空港から簡単にアクセスできます。
フラットには、プルアウトソファベッド（必要に応じて2つ寝ることができます）、設備の整ったコーナーキッチン、テーブルと4つの椅子、ダブルベッドのある寝室、大きなワードローブのある寝室、洗濯機/回転式乾燥機。 幼児用ベッドは、リクエストに応じて、ハイチェアと同様に利用できます。

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Stadtteil Monteverde

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber. Alles war da was wir brauchten um eine schöne Zeit in Rom zu haben und das Viertel war sehr angenehm und ruhig. Liam ist total freundlich, hilfsbereit und offen für unsere Fragen. Einen besseren Vermieter kann man nicht haben. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Parfait pour visiter Rome, calme et proche des transports

Séjour agréable dans l'appartement de Liam situé à 40 mn en bus du centre de Rome. Spacieux, lumineux, fraîchement rénové, 5eme étage avec ascenseur, immense terrasse ensoleillée. Contact facile avec notre hôte Liam qui parle bien le Français. Au TOP pour des vacances à l'italienne

Really great location away from the busy centre. Newly renovated listing with big balcony which was a good spot to unwind after roaming the city. Liam and his family were really great. Definitely coming back

Geräumige Wohnung mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und Liam ist ein super Vermieter und total zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

We enjoyed our Roman holiday very much, and it was partly due to the accommodation - new renovation, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Liam is an excellent host, friendly and professional, always prompt in answering all our questions. we appreciated the useful information pack he put together. We loved the fact that there was a nice cafeteria across the street, a traditional family restaurant down the street and many little convenience stores. We found public transportation very convenient, Piazza Venezia is less than half an hour by tram. We liked the fact that the apartment has a washing machine, a functional kitchen, and a great terrace to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Immaculate, quiet, convenient to Tram 8, ground floor, secured

The owner/host, Liam, coupled with a spacious apartment made for a wonderful stay in Rome. It is squeaky clean, located on the street level but not directly on the street. The neighborhood is one of Rome's finest. Could not hear neighbors from inside. Great windows, kichen, & bath. New washing machine as are all furnishings.

I have been in Rome for the past 20 years after having lived in Ireland, England and Luxembourg. I know a thing or two about the Eternal City and I'd love to share this insight. I will greet my guests at the flat, or at the tram stop, and show them around to make sure they are comfortably settled and answer any questions. I am available for any assistance or advise they may require. I live around the corner. Please enjoy the house and treat it as you would the home of a good friend or a loving relative.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

It is located in the heart of Monteverde, which as one of Ancient Rome’s hills was also called Mons Aureus (meaning in Latin “Golden Hill” because of the colour of the earth’s reflection when the sun shone). Monteverde (which means “green hill” in Italian) is one of the “greenest” neighbourhoods in a city where there is a noticeable lack of parks. The cozy flat is in a quiet street only a few steps away from the “Tram 8” stop, which brings you straight into Piazza Venezia/ Venice Square via the trendy and hipster Trastevere neighbourhood, and to most of the Eternal City’s top attractions (Coliseum, Ancient Forum/ Palatine Hill, Capitoline Museums, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, the Dolce Vita’s Via Veneto). Perfect location for exploring Rome.
PLEASE NOTE that there is a Rome City Tourist Tax of EUR3.5 per person (over the age of 9 years) per night (for up to a maximum of 10 nights) that I will need to collect on the day of arrival.
