Welcome to Unit 11 at Cabana Beach Club, a beautiful and comfortable one-bedroom waterfront retreat with stunning bay views and a private dock, perfect for guests who want to bring their own boat. With a bedroom plus a living room sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

Cabana Beach Club is a quiet, boutique complex with only 11 units, offering exceptional privacy and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. The canal-side section consists of just three units, making this an ideal setting for a peaceful waterfront getaway.

The Gulf of Mexico’s pristine beaches are directly across the street—just a short walk away. Guests also enjoy access to a community heated pool, conveniently located nearby.

Inside, the unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a stocked kitchen with utensils, silverware, pots and pans, fresh towels and linens, and beach chairs. Additional comforts include smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom and a washer and dryer inside the unit.

A convenience store is within walking distance, and you’ll find excellent restaurants nearby, with even more dining, shopping, and entertainment just a short drive away in Sarasota.

Nice property on a small canal across the street from a beautiful beach. Decorated in art deco colors it’s a fun place to visit. The outdoor porch is nice as is the dock overlooking the canal. It’s a bit hot mid day but it’s summer in Florida and a nice breeze and access to the Gulf for a dip helps offset the heat.

This is like our 4th time in these units and they are always perfect. Very well-appointed rooms with really good usage of space. Kitchens are pretty well stocked with pans and utensils, and we always bring our own spices etc, bc there’s not usually the basics like ketchup/mustard. There’s plenty of towels (including beach towels) to use and being able to use the pool and beach access across the street is great. 10/10 we will stay here again :)

This place was great! Close proximity to the beach and right on the canal. Made it really easy to rent a boat and bring it out to the water. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Longboat key. The host was very communicative and put us in touch with someone who we could communicate with. Love it!!

We loved our stay. We had everything we needed and loved the quiet peaceful atmosphere. Loved going outside in the morning to sit by the canal and see the wildlife. Would definitely come back again.

Loved watching manatees every day! Place was comfortable. Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint was the tv. We tried to get CBS, ABC and NBC. But with new tv we couldn’t. My husband spent many hours trying to get it to work. I asked for help from the property manager but no response. We didn’t know our Nexflix etc passwords so no tv. Disappointing.

We do want to clarify one thing - we didn’t receive any messages during your stay about the TV, so we didn’t realize there was an issue we could help with in real time. We’re always happy to jump in quickly when we hear from guests. As noted in our listing, the home is equipped with a smart TV, which is set up for streaming services rather than traditional cable channels like CBS, ABC, and NBC. Relaxing stay

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Decided to make a last minute long weekend trip to Longboat key and this was just perfect. Peaceful bayside and view with just a short walk to the beach. Accommodations were just as described and pictured. We would come back again but hoping to have our own place in parodies soon

Great off beach location

We really loved our stay in Longboat Key. The property is well maintained and furnished with everything we needed. Staying at a small resort with beach chairs waiting at the beach was really nice. We had dolphins and other wildlife in the canal to keep us entertained. Would love to come back!

Would love to come back!

Great directions for the parking and locating the unit- we miss the place already! A short walk across the beach and easy drive into town. The back canal was beautiful to wake up to. When we come back to town we will 1000% stay here!

Great property, great location and super clean!

We loved the privacy which is usually hard to find when renting a condo. You could walk to some great restaurants. We had access to the dock which was nice because we brought our boat there is also room to park your trailer which is a bonus! Would definitely be back.

We needed a getaway together for about 4 or 5 days and this was the perfect solution. We relaxed and enjoyed the canal (watching manatees and dolphins). The beach and Gulf were amazing - comfortable water temp, nice breeze and great sun. Delightful getaway.

Has a canal view,beach,and pool all within a few steps. Completely equipped for cooking,beach,pool or just relaxing. Onsite laundry was a great convenience. The unit was spotless and easy to use.
