The Riverside Hacienda is a stunning riverfront vacation home perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Salida, Colorado.

Spacious and private, it’s ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking a Central Colorado getaway where nature meets vibrant small-town life. The Riverside Hacienda is part of a duplex with the Frontside Hacienda. The Frontside is located on the front of the property. each home features it’s own private enclosed courtyard. If you have a large group and need more space, you can rent both Hacienda’s together.

From this unbeatable downtown location, you can park and walk the rest of the weekend. Salida’s best restaurants, grocery stores, coffee, shops, art galleries, boutiques, and riverfront pathways are just steps away. The Riverside Hacienda offers the rare combination of riverfront tranquility and downtown convenience. Spend your mornings exploring Salida’s charming coffee shops and art galleries, and your afternoons rafting, fishing, or hiking in the nearby mountains.

After a day of adventure, relax in your private hot tub, gas grill (propane provided) dinner on the riverside deck, or unwind by the water with your favorite drink in hand.

In total, Riverside Hacienda features 10 beds and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Relax in your private courtyard with a hot tub and outdoor dining area, or take in the peaceful sounds of the water from the deck.

Guests also have the option to rent the neighboring Frontside Hacienda for even larger gatherings—each with its own private courtyard and full amenities.

Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs allowed with prior approval, acknowledgment of our pet agreement, and a $100 non-refundable fee per stay.

Essentials Included: All of our homes at Central Colorado Getaways include- Toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap, trash bags, coffee, coffee filters, towels, and linens. Gas grill (propane provided)

Owner Note: Owners occasionally visit a small, locked-off studio onsite but are rarely present. Your privacy is always respected.
