Great location

Beautiful, spacious place to stay - lots of room for ski gear. Convenient to the mountain. Go left from the stairs to ski out!Flights of stairs to reach the door so not ideal for anyone that this might be an issue for. Wish there was a more convenient space to stash our bags after we checked out (they allowed us to use their office in town)

Great space!

The place was clean and well equipped. Easy access to the slopes for mountain biking. The short drive to the cute town was easy. Lots of shops and food in town.

Great place!

Great place, though locking the doors was a little complicated... A man walked into our house in the middle of the night. Police were quick to respond.

Beautiful condo.

Great layout. We enjoyed the stay. The check-in information could have been more accurate and correct. Would have been nice to know that there was no central A/C. The master bedroom door / lock needs to be fixed. The lights that were broken off the roof were due to the workmen re-doing the roof. Would have been nice to know that there would be construction during our visit...

This home is advertised as having no A/C so that our guests are aware of that prior to arrival. As far as the workmen redoing the roof, we do our best to try to let guests know when construction will be going on as construction can begin at any time on any home. However when an HOA or city decides to do projects it is completely out of our hands. We hope you still enjoyed Park City, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Not a place for elderly people.

I should have done better research on the issue with the parking garage (not made for SUV). The 3 flights of stairs for my elderly family members. The living room roof has a major leak in 3 places. The windows have serious draft issues. The house was not clean. There was food all under the dining room table and couches. We had a 14 month old that is into everything and found all the popcorn left behind on the floor. The location is ok. We had a 4 wheel drive vehicle so it was ok. The stairs to get to this condo was the main issue. We will not stay in this location again if we go back. Do your research well is my only advice. Overall it was just okay. Very disappointed the leaking roof wasn’t resolved. We were told by the guy that came to look at it that we needed to make sure the floors didn’t get damaged from the water. He said the roof was replaced in the summer but it was apparent, it had been leaking for some time. You could clearly see the ceiling damage from the water stains. Only being honest about this particular unit. They won’t allow me indicate the exact one.

Thank you for your review, Marie. We definitely understand where you are coming from in your frustrations during your stay. As mentioned in our correspondence to you unfortunately almost everything located in Park City (and Deer Valley especially) is either uphill or downhill as this is a mountain town. We do try to depict the layout in the blueprints on our photos online, however we have forwarded your suggestions to our marketing department. As far as the newly leaking roof goes, it is unfortunate that disasters can happen to any home at any time and these types of things are out of our control and a leak is not something that we are able to quickly fix while a guest is still in unit. We did everything we could to try accomodate all issues referenced.

Reconsider Booking this Stay

I wouldn’t recommend this home option when staying in Deer Valley/Park City. It was extremely inconvenient to handle our luggages up and down stairs to our cabin. Even with a back elevator, you still had to utilize stairs to reach the front door. Do not bring someone who is elderly or someone who cannot walk with ease. The worst part of this cabin was that it was not cleaned prior to our visit. They told us we couldn’t check in prior to 4pm as they had been finishing some details. When we arrived, it was evident the place had not been thoroughly cleaned nor had someone stay there in a while. Each room had cobwebs, moths flying around, dust, and windows open ajar. There is no central AC so each room had a portable unit with exhaust out of the window. As we toured the home for the first time, the door on the first floor leading to the jacuzzi was wide open. Not only is this a huge security concern, but all sorts of bugs were flying in. We called the property management company of this home to express our concerns and they ended up coming just to show us how to lock our door. Our requests for a different cabin or even a refund were all denied. They did say they would have a cleaning person come the second day of our stay to remove the webs, but they never showed up. All to say, we couldn’t sleep comfortably and did not enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend to stay elsewhere.

However, it shows on our system that our housekeeping team went back for an hour on September 13 to clean upon request. As for the stairs, we always encourage all guests to reach out to us prior to booking as we are here 24/7 and happy to answer any questions regarding stairs or any other concerns prior to securing your reservation. We manage over 300 properties and would've been happy to send you options that better suit your needs.

Modern house conveniently located

Very nice house, renovated recently. Loved the living room area and the hot tub. Only complaint would be that it is quite the walk for ski in/out, so we ended up skiing out from Silver Lake lodge instead.

Great house, a few maintenance issues

The house was beautiful and well maintained, we loved the proximity to the ski slopes. Our biggest negative was that the dishwasher was not working during our entire stay, and despite calling the service company, it wasn’t fixed. We also did not have our driveway cleared while there, despite asking. I believe they are fixing the dishwasher since we left. If this is the case, we would def stay in this house again!

Lovely property.

Great property, very cozy, bedding in all rooms fantastic and beautifully furnished. Amenities very good. Views terrific. Very spacious as well. Would be great for families with kids. Two TV areas which makes it nice. Easy to ski in and out if great snow which this year it was. You do have to climb a few steps to trail to slopes but not to bad. Great access mid- mountain. Would stay in location again in future.
