Wir wurden vom Vermieter total nett empfangen, obwohl wir Verspätung hatten, da 1 Koffer am Flughafen gefehlt hat. Er hat sich auch um unseren fehlenden Koffer gekümmert , der dann nach 2 Tagen kam. Er hat sich auch immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung sei etc. Als der Boiler ausgewechselt werden musste, hat er uns als Wiedergutmachung für die Umstände ein köstliches Frühstück mit allem drum und dran liefern lassen. Einen besseren Vermieter als Marcelo findet man nicht so schnell!!

Excellent winter break

We received very detailed instructions on how to get to the property from Marcelo who was there to greet us. The one up/one down layout is typical of Maspalomas resort accommodation but we were really impressed with the quality of the fixtures and fittings and the place was spotless with a very thoughtful welcome pack of various goodies. Plenty of outdoor space too with sunny nicely furnished terraces and beach towels and parasols all at our disposal. The resort was quite busy (several bungalows were obviously privately owned and there was a lively sense of community with an international flavour). Location was perfect on border with Pdel Ingles with good transport links. The complex was large with an adjacent supermarket and special mention to the lovely pool, which was fresh but not too cold, never crowded (and mercifully the selfish reserving of sun beds with towels was totally absent with plenty of space always available). We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation

Homely but noisey

The property itself was excellent and the owner included lots of small touches that made us feel very welcome, including a welcome lunch bottle of wine and some beers. Everything we need was available and the accommodation was comfortable. Unfortunately we found the neighbours very noisy as they seemed to communicate across the properties which spoiled our enjoyment of the outside areas during the day and evenings. The facilities on the complex were good and the local bus and taxi service was exc ellent.

We have enjoyed 14 days of relaxing holiday in this fine and clean bongalow. Here is everything a couple needs for a holiday stay, where the emphasis is on using the many restaurants, the beach, stay ect in the area. Super-functional WIFI, TV, pool area cleaned daily, shopping just 100 meters from the residence makes it easy to be a holiday guest. Bus and taxi stop right by the front door. You have not booked a 5 star hotel, but a well-functioning holiday home. Price and quality are great together. Most important of all is the contact with the owner. Present with booking transportation to and from airport, and things that will normally occur when staying in a foreign place. Thanks for now. Jette & Karsten PS. Don't forget to visit the Italian restaurant in the area. Here you get much more than pizza!
