Welcome to this beautiful and charming country house with private pool on the outskirts of Son Servera, where up to 6 guests find their second home.
This finca features a fully private exterior area, simple and surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants, which are precisely the reason for its special charm. The oval-shaped chlorine pool sizes 4.5 x 3 metres and its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.20 metres. It also offers an exterior shower and a fantastic porch that invites to enjoy meals all together and maybe to prepare a barbecue. There are six sun loungers, perfect to relax after a delicious lunch, reading a book or listening to some music under the sun beams.

The rooms in the house, with a modern furniture, are very luminous and open to the outside, in general terms. From the porch you can enter the dining - living area, with a beach-like and relaxing style thanks to its blues and warm colours. There you can watch satellite TV while refreshing with the air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. You will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the laundry room. The house offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total; one has two twin beds, and the other two present a double bed and a closet. One of the latest has direct access to the garden. There is one air-conditioning unit in the corridor that leads to the bedrooms. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The house is located just 1 km away from the beach of Costa dels Pins and it finds an easy access to other beaches of the Eastern coast like Cala Bona, Canyamel or Cala Millor, among many others. There are several nearby golf courses for lovers of this sport. Regarding services, Son Servera offers all you may need like some bars and restaurants, grocery shops, etc.

The pool can be heated by paying a supplement and upon request in advance.
There are 3 parking places outdoors.
