Caracas 1 Apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday in Albufeira, with modern comfort in a peaceful yet central setting.



The living room is bright and spacious, ideal for spending quality time with family or friends, with direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax in the sun.



The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also features two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare meals with ease.



Outside, the complex provides a shared swimming pool, perfect for sunbathing and unwinding, as well as private outdoor parking for added convenience during your stay.



Situated in a central area of Albufeira, the apartment is close to beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other amenities, making it the perfect base for exploring everything the region has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 130 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 4 guests

From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Fabulous stay!

The property was absolutely lovely. It was spotless and spacious - everything was perfect. The communications both online from the UK and once in Albufeira were faultless. We were sorry to leave today. We'd love to come back and would certainly recommend it. A fabulous stay!

Très grand, propre ... beau ..😍😍.tout était fonctionnel... tres belle cuisine avec tout inclus... il y avais de lair climatisé dajs les 2 chambres et cuisine salon 👍👍Dans un endroit calme et trés près de tous les services. Elle nous a contactée très rapidement pour nous donner des infos ( restaurant/ festival etc... ) Le building avec beaucoup des stationnements privés et sécuritaires qui étaients protégés par une porte automatique avec code . We hebben met onze vrienden een geweldig verblijf gehad zonder veel problemen, er was alleen een schoonmaakster die net niet blij was dat er te veel tieners waren in ons appartement maar na het hebben aan te geven bij de huurder hebben we er geen last van gehad maar let dus op als je met jongeren naar dit appartement gaat.

Modern good location

The location is key, this is slightly closer to the strip than the old town, saying that we found it easy to walk to the old part. This includes one steep hill that is manageable ( we are in our late 50's and over weight). It is located is next to a big 5 star hotel and a roundabout ( hotel was closed because of CV 19) so very quiet. Close bye are plenty of bars and shops with a big shopping outlet 10 minutes walk( short cut across a park). The apartment is overlooking the pool with a main entrance all leading to the kitchen, bedrooms lounge. It was roomy with TV etc. And 3 balconies on the first floor. ( Note you are overlooked by hotel, trees did obscure the view) but we didn't have any problems with that. Negative only one set of keys so we couldn't go out separately.
