Excellent service from the agency

The agency reacted within minutes to help us to make the trip as comfortable as possible. Only remark: we choose this villa because it advertised 5 bedrooms. In reality there are only 4 bedrooms. A little TV room next to the living room cannot be countrd as bedroom. So the 2 children had to share a room with the parents

The accommodation was good, however, it could do with a little updating. The Villa had everything we needed and the garden was beautiful. The pool does need attention as it appeared cloudy even though the twice weekly gardener treated the pool at the end of our holiday it was extremely cloudy. I would advise any one staying here that a car is essential. We did however enjoy our stay at the Villa

Fantastic Family Villa

This Villa was fully equipped with everything a large family would need for one week. Great location. 2 large supermarkets about 15 minute walk and bus stop to local areas. Would have been nice to have a spare towel each as getting them all washed and dried each time was a bit hard work. Will be recommending to a few friends who are interested

The villa itself was ok, the pool was nice. you definitely need a car . It’s not easy to get about

The villa was ok, we were a large family of 12 plus a baby, were told the tv room can be used as a 5th bedroom but this wasn’t ideal for 13 nights. The room smelt of damp and there was a huge crack in the wall. The bed was a sofa bed, so very uncomfortable and there wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes. Some of the group complained about the beds being uncomfortable in general, the one I slept in was ok. The villa (kitchen) was infested with ants, whilst there were traps down, there were ants inside cupboards all over the plates, cutlery & cups. The biggest issue was the location, on the website it talks about Puerto Banus/Marbella and Estapona being 8 mins away, and this was the main reason we booked this villa. The reality is it’s a lot further than that, even in a car. We did ask the question around whether a car was needed and were told some do some don’t, for this villa you absolutely NEED a car. We didnt get a car, given the description of the location, and relied on public transport and walking! The walk to the supermarket was at least 15 mins, which is fine but on the way back with shopping it’s a killer! The bus stop is near the shop but only if you want to get to estapona, if you want to get to Puerto Banus or Marbella it’s another 15 minute walk. It took us 2hrs to get to Puerto Banus, this was walking, waiting and then the actual bus journey. The buses are a bit of a nightmare, not really regular, and will decide when and where they stop. Not the owners fault I know, but would of liked to have been told about all of this, especially given I had asked about whether a car was needed or not. The villa itself was ok, we all left disappointed because everything felt like a mission, to get food, to get shopping, to go sight seeing. Would only recommend if you have a car and you only need to use 4 bedrooms max.

Fantastic space for large groups particularly with kids!

The private pool was amazing and the gated access was perfect with kids. The house was incredibly well cated for. Large tv with Netflix was brilliant. The gate to the front was also peace of mind. The only negative was the aircon in 3 of the bedrooms - 2 packed up completely even the owner came out with an expert. They need replacing at the end of the season. The gas in the kitchen for the hob also ran out and we didn't manage to get that replaced even though we had a few days left but the oven and bbq kept us going. You'll definitely need a car. We would book again - thanks

The villa is beautiful with fantastic outdoor space and lovely, well maintained gardens.

We had a fantastic time at the villa, it was spacious with all the bedrooms being ensuite. The villa catered to all our needs. The outdoor dining and pool area was perfect for families and extra safe for young children with the pool being fenced off. The villa is in a residential area up a hill but a 20 min walk will take you to the supermarkets and restaurants with a further 5/10 mins to a lovely clean beach.
