The holiday home "Beautiful Townhouse Beachfront" is located in Marbella and boasts a beautiful view of the sea. Bright and beautifully decorated, the property is perfect for families with the gated areas and high security. The 170 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a TV.

The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue, the perfect setting to enjoy the sun and dine outside. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for guests to use.

Wonderfully relaxing holiday

This was our first time to this particular house but our 5th to the site, so we knew it provided everything we needed. the convenience for those wanting a simple family break it's perfect. Safe access to the beach 150m away, selection of bars restaurants on the beach, easy walking distance to supermarkets and shops, secure underground car parking, immaculate grounds and swimming pool incl. babies pool. 2 golf courses within 5 mins drive away, all within 35 mins transfer from Malaga airport. What more could you ask for?

Pros: Bra utrustad, rymlig och fint inredd bostad med gångavstånd till både pool och härlig sandstrand. Rent och fräscht både inomhus och i och kring poolen och resten av området. Liten pool för riktigt små barn, utan solskydd. I den stora poolen var det som grundast 120 cm. I övrigt många regler kring poolvistelsen. Rekommenderar bil. Det behövs för inköp av livsmedel samt om man vill in till centrala Marbella.

Pros: We were amazed when we arrived at the villa as the pics didn’t actually do it justice. Plenty of room for us all & great areas to relax & enjoy. Facilities within the villa were great. The agent Ian was efficient & very informative & was at hand if we needed anything or had any questions. The gardens were beautiful & very well looked after. The beach was just a few minutes walk & was stunning. The swimming pool was great but my only criticism was the lifeguard was extremely rude & miserable & didn’t seem let the children have fun. He seemed to favour the Spanish children? All that said we had a fantastic holiday & would definitely recommend this villa & area in Spain.

Pros: Vi är så nöjda med vår resa och boende. Helge och Henriettes hus var fräscht och väldigt fint inrett. Det fanns gott om plats för vår familj och perfekt med två uteplatser och flera badrum. Poolen låg precis vid huset och stranden var några minuter bort, vilket gjorde det smidigt för en barnfamilj. Området (urbanisationen) var välskött och kändes säker med grindar och vakt. Vi blev väl omhändertagna av Ian som på plats välkomnade oss och gav oss tips. Vi hade även god kommunikation med Helge som var snabb på att svara. Tusen tack, vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and well kept and cosy. It was located just opposite the pool and only 100 meters from the beach. There were many restaurants to choose from along the beach. Beautiful sunsets at the beach! It was very convinient to have a carage under the apartment. The pool was very big and the area was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Bra info lappar som ägaren skrivit om buss mm. Finns flera strandrestauranger nära men är ett lugnt område och inget direkt kvällsliv kanske :)

Pros: De locatie is helemaal top! Mooi groot huis met prachtig uitzicht. Heerlijke tuin. Alleen de woonkamer en de master bedroom hebben airco waardoor het op de twee andere slaapkamers erg warm was. Het huis is al wat ouder en vergt wat onderhoud op apparatuur. Verder prima verblijf en geweldige leuke vakantie gehad met de familie 8 personen waaronder een peuter en baby. Er is geen WiFi, heeft wellicht ook zo zijn voordelen ;-)
