The property is located in a very safe area and a nice community with an owners from many nations ( the house owners, long term lease…..)This villa features a balcony, 4 bedrooms 3 bedrooms 5 toilets. The property suits for a couple or a group for 12 people, fully air conditioned,free WiFi-has a large salt water Private Swimming pool and Spa 8X4 m. -0.5 to 1.5 m deep, two outside toilets and 1 shower. HuaHin Pool&Spa Villa 181 accommodation in Hua Hin. Free private parking for 3 vehicles is available on site. The house is fully airconditioned. The two - storey private salt water pool villa. Main villa comprises 3 bedroom c/w king size beds 2 bathrooms. The guest Suite comprise1 bedrooms c/w king size bed 1 bathroom composed of four bedrooms with all come air conditioning .

Main villa bedrooms all have balcony access with views of the mountains with sitting area .There is one bathrooms with bath and another bathroom with a shower and all of them have a hot water.

The kitchen come with fully equipped coffee/tea facilities,kitchen or kitchenette, microwave, stovetop toaster Hot air oven and has barbecue facilities .

The villa provides car hire brochures.

For entertainment there are 2 lcd smart tv(40 inch with cable channels ),(32 inch for karaoke)Pool Billiards 4 in1: 7 foot, stereo speakers with bluetooth 2 microphone karaoke 2 exercise bikes.

For Activities basketball backboard high 2.1 meter ,trampoline 8 feet with a backboard, slider with swing and a slider for a smaller children.

For the swimming pool, 7 life jacket ,fancy rubber ring……., toys for swimming pool, 3 sun lounges with cushions and umbrella pool slide, (1 fridge and 1 set of stereo next to the area of swimming pool) bird nest swing and free wifi available around the property.

This Villa is pet friendly for 2 small pets that weigh under 10 kilograms per pet, with additional cost of 200 baht per stay per pet. Food and water bowls for the pet, as well as beds for the pets are not supplied at this Villa and you agree that your pets are not allowed upstairs on the beds.

#Locks are master keyed-(1 key open all locks)

#Please place all waste materials into the correct bins located at the rear of the house. 1 bin is for relylling- other for waste.

#Mosquito, ants, termites and other insects can be problem in Thailand. We have a pest control service on the property to minimise the problem.Each month throughout the problem a services team will control and spray an anti insect to the property and inside the house.Mosquitoes can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes down and up and rain season.

#Please allow the gardener, pool boys and access during your stay.
##Cleaning service can be arranged with a cost of 800 baht per time. Laundry services can be arranged with the housekeeper while staying at the villa.(Housekeeper name Joy her number 086 767 5395)

Call the housekeeper, her name is May, her number is……..1751 to arrange you arrive time. She will meet you at the front of the Villa.
And will give you a key and a remote control. Please allow the gardener and (the pool boy access during your stay.)Monday and Thursday.
Between 9 am- 11 am. Please take out the trash in the front of the Village.
