Welcome to Rosatlán

The name Rosatlán is inspired by two special places: Rosarito, where this beautiful oceanfront retreat is located, and Mazatlán, Sinaloa, the city that holds a special place in our family’s history.

We created Rosatlán as a place where guests can slow down, reconnect, and experience the beauty of Baja’s coastline. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape, a family vacation, or simply to watch the sun set over the Pacific, we hope you’ll feel right at home.

Perched on the 12th floor of La Jolla de Rosarito Condominios, this oceanfront condo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony. Wake up to the sound of the waves, enjoy direct beach access, and end each day with unforgettable sunsets over the water.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while two spacious bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, in-unit laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, and modern amenities provide everything you need for a carefree stay.

The building was very old and things did not work properly, it had a nice ocean view and the place itself was clean.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the ocean view and found the condo clean. I’m sorry the unexpected citywide power outage affected part of your stay, including the building’s water pumps. Thankfully, service was restored within a few hours. Although beyond our control, we were happy to provide an additional complimentary night, which was accepted. No other concerns were brought to our attention during the stay. We appreciate you choosing our home and hope you enjoyed your extra time in Rosarito.
